Horton Village Hall

The Horton Village Hall provides the perfect party and function venue for hire near Ilminster, Somerset with outdoor space available for a marquee and larger events.

The main hall has capacity for 120 seated and 264 dance or cinema seated and a max of 18 delegates for the meeting room. The Horton Village Hall offers flexible meeting and event space available for hire for birthday parties, weddings, private parties, meetings and special events.

Hall Rates from 1st January 2024
The cost of hire at the village hall includes all the facilities of the hall, including:
Tables - 10 round (5ft diameter), 12 trestle tables (6ft x 2ft), 8 smaller rectangular tables on wheels (5ft x 2ft)
Chairs - 132, plus a further 12 with arms
Crockery - 132 full place settings (dinner plate, side plate, soup bowl, cup & saucer)
Cutlery - 132 full place settings

Note:
There is a discount of 20% available for multiple bookings of 6 or more discrete sessions. To take advantage of this, all sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
Sessions may only be booked for a minimum of 2 hours and are charged at full hours.
There will be no kitchen charge if only used for tea/coffee preparation.
A 6 bay marquee is available at a cost of £300 for the day.
