The Napier Room is our largest and most sought-after event space.

With a prominent position at the front of the Clubhouse overlooking the paddock, the room is flooded by natural daylight and has a balcony for break-outs.

The room benefits from an in-built PA system, lectern and microphone and large projector and screen. Further portable TV screens can be provided if required.

Seating for 250 theatre style or 176 cabaret style makes this room perfect for conferences, awards ceremonies, screenings, special occasions, exhibitions and networking events

The Bluebird room offers a superb space for events of all occasions, from wedding ceremonies to corporate meetings, for up to 100 guests.

There is an abundance of natural daylight with windows on 3 sides of the room, whilst access to the nearby Motoring Exhibition is very easy. The room inter-connects to both the Napier room and the Members bar and is where evening entertainment takes place.

The Members Bar is a beautiful room with Art Deco features and is a room which is perfect for drinks receptions, small family gatherings, afternoon tea and even a syndicate room for corporate meetings.

There is a balcony that runs along the length of the Bar for those who wish to bask in the sunlight, overlooking the Motoring Village.

The Ford Room is a great room for smaller business meetings or for private dining for up to 20 guests.

Also having access to the south-facing balcony, the room enjoys natural daylight and a more intimate feel.

Book a Concorde Experience for your guests and enjoy this iconic aircraft, learning about the history of aviation and seeing the memorabilia on display. Have a virtual flight and watch a video of Concorde flying at speed at high altitude to relive the feeling of grandeur! Sip Champagne on board to enhance the occasion - how decadent!

Book your drinks reception in the Aircraft factory and learn about the Wellington bomber that was rescued from Loch Ness. Watch the tinmakers demos and see how the aircrew lived in bygone days.

The Motoring Village has our classic collection of bikes and cars, such as the immaculate Napier Railton and Daisy, the car ridden by our founder, Ethel Locke-King. Hear the stewards share their knowledge of the exhibits whilst you sip Champagne and enjoy delicious canapes, or simply book a private guided tour - the choice is yours!

Located on the first floor, the Exhibition Area is a truly versatile space that can accommodate up to 1000 guests for an exhibition, where guests are expected to come and go.

This airy and spacious environment benefits from natural daylight and views over our AMG Handling Circuit, and our range of vehicles can be removed or arranged based on your exact requirements allowing your guests to mingle with ease. It can also be set up as a large refreshment area for any conferences taking place in the Brooklands Hall, Russell or Hamilton Suite.

It’s also one of our most popular evening venue spaces, accommodating up to 450 for a dinner.

Located on the Ground Floor and offering high quality audio-visual equipment, this large, impressive space can be branded and configured for anything from business conferences to public product launches. It is a blank canvas ready for you to create an environment perfect for your event

Located on the top floor, the AMG Performance Centre is an ideal space for stylish presentations and events. We can tailor the area to your exact requirements allowing your guests to dine, meet and mingle amongst our display of premium AMG vehicles.

Named after the current driver line-up for the Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 team, the Russell and Hamilton Suite is located on the first floor, the suites can be used individually or as one larger space, thanks to the removable partitioning.

A variety of configurations from boardroom to theatre can be arranged across one or both facilities to suit your requirements, and there is the added benefit of a large exhibition floor adjoining the rooms where refreshments and lunch can be served.

Situated on the top floor, the Cinema at Mercedes-Benz World has the latest audio-visual technology to effectively communicate your message on screen for up to 88 people, all comfortably accommodated in spacious tiered seating.

Sophisticated equipment enables you to switch with ease between screening a film and projecting a presentation, so whatever the occasion, you can capture your audience's attention with sharp images and crystal clear sound.

Located on the First Floor, the S-Class Suite is the perfect location for you to hold your meeting in luxurious and refined surroundings and make every guest feel like a VIP.

Depending on your numbers catering can be served either within the suite or directly outside the suite in the S-Class Gallery where your guests could dine amongst our collection of luxury cars.

Named after a legend of motor racing, the Moss Suite is a modern, airy conference spaces, ideal for small meetings, presentations and seminar sessions for up to 12 guests.

Located on the First Floor, it is perfect for a more intimate presentation or meeting and has the benefit of a private lobby, which allows for a meeting to break out in to a more relaxing and casual environment.

Featuring a 24-seater carbon fibre boardroom table and advanced multimedia equipment, the AMG Suite is ideal for large company meetings.

Located on the top floor with a separate reception area where guests can enjoy a relaxing coffee and lunch, it also features a large outdoor terrace with fantastic views of our Handling Circuit and the Surrey countryside beyond.

Situated on the top floor within our AMG Performance Centre, Suite 63 is our executive boardroom. An intimate, focussed meeting room with the benefit of an additional private room allowing you to break out in a more relaxed, casual sofa area, it is ideal for small professional meetings, interviews or presentations.

Located on the First Floor, the Continental Suite has been recently refurbished. With amazing views overlooking our AMG Handling Circuit, it’s the ideal location to impress your team.
