If you’re planning an event for a select amount of guests and you’d appreciate a private space in which to enjoy the occasion, there are a variety of function rooms available to hire throughout Leeds. In our function venues directory, you can quickly and easily arrange room hire for events such as a wedding, anniversary, funeral, christening, or private party at locations including hotels, bars and restaurants, sports clubs, and more. For example, one of our most popular party venues is the Cosmopolitan Hotel, which offers three purpose-built function rooms for all manner of occasions. Boardroom-style, the largest suite can hold up to 40 guests, while it can also accommodate up to 100 people for a reception, and 90 for a lunch or dinner. Just five miles out of Leeds City Centre, you’ll find the elegant De Vere Oulton Hall. This venue is a firm favourite for holding birthday parties thanks to its convenient location, close to both the M62 and the M1, and a municipal golf course on hand in the grounds.

CHS Partners with beam to Welcome Industry Newcomers at CHS Leeds

CHS Group has partnered with beam, the association representing the business events, accommodation, and meetings industry, to ensure first-time visitors and industry newcomers feel welcomed and supported at CHS Leeds. As part of the initiative, the beam Buddy Station will be positioned next to the registration desk at the Royal Armouries, the host venue for CHS Leeds. Members of the beam board will be on hand to offer guidance, introduce visitors to key exhibitors, answer questions, and help industry newcomers confidently navigate the event. Joe Evans, beam Membership Director, who will be part of the beam Buddy Station, said: “Regardless of how long we’ve been in the industry, we all remember the nerves of attending our first big event. The business events community is incredibly welcoming, but it helps to have a friendly face to guide you. CHS Leeds 2025 Registration Is Now Open

Registration for CHS Leeds 2025 is now open as the organisers of the show look to continue the momentum following another successful CHS Birmingham, earlier in the autumn. CHS Leeds will return to the Royal Armouries, with the exhibition taking place on Tuesday 25th March 25. Once again, the team behind the show will be promising the right mix of personality and professionalism, but also a similar level of activity as demand for new information from event organisers is higher than ever. CHS Birmingham saw pre-arranged meetings up 16% on last year; now, more than ever, exhibitors are ready to fulfil RFP’s immediately at the show, satisfying the urgency for information from buyers. CHS Leeds recently announced the theme of the 2025 show, ‘Welfare’, a subject that is already gaining interest throughout the events community. Welfare will be reflected through the show’s educational and content programme, with conversations around understanding Martyn’s Law, inclusivity, wellbeing and care for delegates and event teams. As the registration for the show goes live, Lou Hindley, CHS Leeds’s Commercial Director, commented, “We all know that events are about momentum, and this series has caught the wave of enthusiasm and positivity from both our buyers and our exhibitors. We’ve combined this positive energy with subjects and conversations that really matter to event professionals, and we look forward to welcoming the northern events community to CHS Leeds 2025 in March.
