This is our largest function and conference room able to accommodate up to 160 people, theatre-style. This room with the available catering facilities can provide all-day conferencing. An adjoining terrace and garden also provide great private outside space as a breakout area. We cater for Weddings, Birthdays, wakes, baby showers, Engagement Parties & Birthdays.

Large conference room holding 140 delegates theatre-style. This room provides the same excellent facilities at the Executive Suite on a slightly smaller, intimate scale.

This smaller room is ideal for training and meetings, accommodating 60, theatre-style.

This suite includes a boardroom with adjoining breakout room. The boardroom is ideal for meetings and training courses of up to 16 delegates, although this can be increased if use is made of the breakout facilities.

Ideally situated close to all the rooms and suites The Lounge is excellent for after-conference dinner or, in conjunction with the Executive Suite or Garden Room for registration, refreshment breaks.

If the Great Cabin is the brainpower behind HMS Victory’s success, then Hardy’s Cabin is the heart of the ship. Guests can dine in this luxurious setting, one of the few private areas of the ship, surrounded by the rich naval heritage imbued within HMS Victory.

Get a taste of history as you dine ‘mess style’, just as the crew of Victory would have eaten, and in the company of 32-pounder guns. The Lower Gun Deck offers a wonderfully evocative and atmospheric setting creating an unforgettable event for you and your guests.

This expansive location onboard HMS Warrior is the ideal venue for summer cocktail parties or a more formal drinks and canapes. Sitting on the water HMS Warrior gives a view of Portsmouth Harbour, including the iconic Spinnakar Tower, totally unique from anywhere else along the shoreline.

Travel below decks and experience dining like the crew would have done in the ship’s heyday. Our Gun Deck is perfect for the largest of gatherings such as parties, gala dinners, charity balls and more. Guests are seated on traditional mess tables making it a dining experience like no other.

Our Officer’s Half Deck space is a blank canvas ready to be transformed into an immerse dining experience like no other. One of the larger spaces available for hire, guests can enjoy a naval atmosphere in the heart of HMS Warrior.

Host a sophisticated dinner party in the Captain’s Cabin, gorgeously returned to how it would have been in HMS Warrior’s Victorian heyday. With beautifully restored features, this is the perfect location for intimate occasions.

Our Victory Gallery is a unique two floor space dedicated to telling the incredible story of HMS Victory. Located opposite the flagship of the Royal Navy, this space offers the perfect setting for a drinks reception. The ground floor offers an open space to easily mingle, whilst the upstairs mezzanine with huge window space overlooks the glorious HMS Victory. This space can be booked exclusively for a drinks and canape reception, or can act as a welcome reception before heading over HMS Victory for a private dining experience.

Opened by Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, the Princess Royal, this venue offers a large flexible space that can accommodate meetings, receptions and dinners. With stunning views across to HMS Victory. The Princess Royal Gallery can be used for both daytime and evening events.

The Nelson Gallery is located directly below the Princess Royal Gallery, within Storehouse 11, and can be a perfect place to hold pre-dinner welcome drinks whilst being immersed in the incredible story of Admiral Lord Nelson. The space can also be hired exclusively for either reception only or for an intimate dinner party.

Adjacent to the Princess Royal Gallery, the Wolfson room can be used as an annex for larger events, or as a separate meeting room for a smaller conferences looking for half day hires or full day time hires. With glass walls and an open feel, we would recommend this space for smaller groups or breakout areas due to limited privacy.
