This room can comfortably fit up to 150 guests in our theatre style, or up to 50 guests for banqueting.

Our ‘Lab’ offers a fully-themed immersive environment. Perfect for smaller groups and those looking for inspirational space for training or planning meetings.

For a more ‘corporate’ environment, our Cedar Room offers a more flexible lay out for up to 100 guests.

Screen capacities range from 66 to 298 seats, with rocker style seats on front 2/3 rows and fully customisable recliners seats in the remainder of each screen.

This room can be suitable for smaller meetings up to 20 delegates with various room layouts available.  The room also includes a plasma screen and HDMI leads.

The Mike Channon Suite is our largest event space, that can hold up to 500 guests for a conference and seated dinner. With a built-in PA system and 9 plasma screens, this suite is fully equipped for presentations, and speeches.

The Markus Liebherr Suite has recently been refurbished and provides a wonderful setting for conferences. With its bright, modern décor, the lounge is a welcoming space that can accommodate up to 160 guests for a conference and banqueting.

The Matthew Le Tissier Suite provides the perfect backdrop for conferences. This modern and vibrant event space creates a comfortable setting for small conferences and dinners. Alternatively, this space is the perfect setting for a syndicate room.

The Halo lounge has beautiful pitch facing views and natural daylight This newly renovated suite is the perfect setting for a conference, dinners and networking events. 

With pitch views and memorabilia showcasing the club's illustrious history, the 1885 provides a flexible event space that can be configured to either boardroom, theatre style or receptions.

The Boardroom works well for meetings or as a syndicate space to complement the Markus Liebherr Lounge and Aspire Lounge. It seats 22 as a business boardroom and up to 50 theatre style.

The Staplewood Lounge enjoys ceiling to floor windows and has a built-in feature bar perfect for dinner events. Located on the 2nd floor, The Staplewood Lounge can accommodate 170 for a dinner with a dance area. There is an integrated PA system for any speeches throughout the evening and blue tooth facility for background- music. The room also features a welcome, lounge area and exclusive conveniences meaning guests do not need to leave the suite all evening.

The suite is an ideal venue for special occasions from birthday parties to award presentations. The Weybrook suite has a stunning oak wood flooring with a high vaulted ceiling giving the room a modern and contemporary barn feeling with lots of space.
