The Lydiard Suite, Swindon’s largest hotel ballroom, accommodates up to 350 guests. The Avebury and Kennet Suite, a section of our Lydiard Suite, is perfect for slightly smaller parties. It features a private bar, natural daylight, and a spacious layout, making it ideal for entertainment and more intimate gatherings while maintaining a lively atmosphere.

Meeting Rooms 1–9 are our smallest spaces, ideal for interviews and small business meetings. Each room offers a professional setting with natural daylight, creating a comfortable environment for focused discussions and productive gatherings in an intimate atmosphere.

The Hawksworth and Dean Suite are spacious conference rooms, ideal for meetings and formal dinners. They also provide a perfect setting for more intimate events such as baby showers, cocktail-making sessions, and corporate dinners, offering flexibility for various types of gatherings.

The Churchward and Collett Suite are ideal meeting rooms for corporate gatherings and breakfast meetings, offering a professional setting enhanced by natural daylight. Their versatile design makes them perfect for productive business events in a comfortable and well-lit environment.

Built in 2016, the fantastic self-contained corporate event venue, is located adjacent to the Main Square in the heart of the park. 

A modern and versatile space, opening out to its own exclusive outside terrace, The Longhouse is the ideal base for any day, and can accommodate events of 100+ guests. The flexibility of this venue and it's practical location offers your own canvas to design your own bespoke corporate event at Longleat.

With 900 acres of Capability Brown landscaped parkland surrounding Longleat House and Safari, a purpose-built events space, The Longhouse, and a small team building venue, we have various options for your day. The Longhouse offers capacity of 100+, our grounds can accommodate almost any type of sporting event, temporary installation, marquees and product launches, and with such a vast estate you'll find different views to discover throughout.

The largest of our rooms holding up to 100 delegates theatre style. For smaller meetings the Avon suit divides into two smaller rooms, the Monkton and Allington.

The Monkton room offers natural light with direct access to the patio.

The Cathedral Suite & Orangery is a ground floor room with dual aspect floor to ceiling windows and double doors opening onto the gardens and spacious riverside terrace. This suite can hold 70 delegates banquet style, 60 delegates boardroom and 60 delegates cabaret and is perfect for private dining and standing celebrations for up to 100 guests.

Our Riverside Terrace makes a great space for tea & coffee breaks during our summer months and can be used throughout the year for team building exercises. Keep your eyes peeled for our resident family of ducks! In addition to the 2 meeting rooms the hotel can also accommodate additional syndicate rooms for breakout sessions.

Rose & Crown Hotel is the ideal place to host a celebration such as a birthday, anniversary or christening.

The Rivers Edge Restaurant can be hired for exclusive use for numbers of 50 – 120 guests for lunches and dinners. We are a specialist wedding venue and are open for weddings throughout the whole year.

The Mezzanine is located on the first floor. Please note, there is no disabled access to the Mezzanine, it is important to note that the toilets for the restaurant are located upstairs, therefore guests will pass through this area to gain access to them.
This area can hold up to 55 guests for a sit-down meal or for a buffet/standing event.
The Mezzanine doesn’t have its own bar, but we offer full table service for seated parties.

There is no hire cost to use this area, we just ask that you meet a minimum spend. This can be confirmed upon enquiry.

The smallest meeting room, ideal for small boardroom meeting, interviews and private dining. The room can accommodate up to 12 guests

The Education Hut conveniently sits in the heart of the Longleat attractions and is today used for Education Talks and Team Building Activities. 

Suitable for up to 20 guests, this intimate building is the perfect space for a hands on Team Building Activity, or as a drop in space for your guests to see you on the day of your event. 

This room is ideal for boardroom meetings for 2 – 12 delegates. Situated on the 1st floor boasting 3 large windows overlooking the market place.

The smallest of our rooms but full of character! This stone walled room features and original bay window and is ideal for intimate gatherings.

A twin to the Equinox Suite, Beltane complements some of the areas most premium meetings and events facilities.

The Bluestone is a versatile meeting space that can accommodate between 10 and 30 delegates in a variety of layouts. This space boasts natural daylight and has a 55" television mounted onto the wall with adaptors to connect your mobile devices. Perfect for impressing your clients and stakeholders.
