The Queen’s Jubilee Hall is a grand, flexible indoor space (1,130m²) that can be configured to suit your unique requirements. The hall offers a premium location for large scale events, and a blank canvas on which to create a theme. Complete with all the on-site facilities you’ll need to accommodate visitors in large numbers, this location is the leading choice for many event organisers and agencies.

This building is one of the largest indoor event venues in the South of England, with 3,300m² of sanded floor space. Frequently utilised as a leisure and sporting arena for events, the space benefits from two sand schools next to the building.

Flooded with natural light from the skylights above and with great natural acoustics, this arena really is immense in scale. The building is a purpose-built space for events that require vehicle access, with plenty of parking nearby and all-weather protection for year-round use.

Perfect for: food courts, livestock shows, car shows and fairs.

The Robins Building is a large, open-sided space (1,728 m²) which comes into its own during the warmer months, when you need a guarantee against the rain. The space measures 48mx36m and is ideal for large-scale events. It can also be hired in conjunction with other options.

The Young Farmers’ Building is a hard-standing covered area (360m2) suitable for a wide range of events, especially when used in conjunction with the adjacent Robins Building.

This building (420 m²) offers two rooms with integral catering facilities, and is perfect when hired in conjunction with the Abergavenny Building and Queen’s Jubilee Hall, as an additional space for large scale events.

As a part-steel framed covered building (162m2) with roller shutters, this building is ideally suited to small displays or as a break-out area when used in conjunction with some of our other spaces for larger events.

The Great Room is conveniently located on the ground floor next to our reception. Take a walk through the archway dating back to 1103 to enter this beautiful space. The room has lovely views of the courtyard and its own door leading directly to the garden space outside. It has a working fireplace and can hold up to 30 guests on an oval table and 40 on an E-shaped table.

The King Charles I Room is on our first floor, up the main staircase and behind the Queens Room restaurant. It has beautiful views of the church yard and courtyard and has character with its wooden panelled walls, an oak table and working fireplace. This room can hold up to 12 guests.

The Green Room has beautiful views of the church yard, a lovely bright white panelled wall and plenty of natural light from both windows. This room can hold up to 14 guests.

Ideal for smaller team meetings and located on ground floor, Crabbet Suite is set up for a boardroom style, accommodating up to 15 delegates.

Located on the ground floor, the modern and spacious Wentworth Suite comfortably fits up to 24 guests in a Hollow Square setting. Offering flexibility, the suite can offer a U-shape setting instead, fitting up to 20 guests.

One of the most impressive suites in the Premier Grandstand building, this is perfect for corporate or private functions including weddings. This room can seat up to 500 delegates or 250 cabaret style, but can also be extended into three smaller rooms with separate entrances and soundproofed partitions. There is also a balcony overlooking the racecourse allowing plenty of natural lights which can be minimised by black out blinds if required.

Consisting of 12 breakout rooms and one double box, these professional suites are perfect for meetings, training sessions and seminars, and each boast a balcony that offers stunning views across the racecourse. They also benefit from plasma screens, relaxed seating areas with sofas and views of the racecourse – perfect as your breakout area.
