The Great Room is conveniently located on the ground floor next to our reception. Take a walk through the archway dating back to 1103 to enter this beautiful space. The room has lovely views of the courtyard and its own door leading directly to the garden space outside. It has a working fireplace and can hold up to 30 guests on an oval table and 40 on an E-shaped table.

The King Charles I Room is on our first floor, up the main staircase and behind the Queens Room restaurant. It has beautiful views of the church yard and courtyard and has character with its wooden panelled walls, an oak table and working fireplace. This room can hold up to 12 guests.

The Green Room has beautiful views of the church yard, a lovely bright white panelled wall and plenty of natural light from both windows. This room can hold up to 14 guests.

Ideal for smaller team meetings and located on ground floor, Crabbet Suite is set up for a boardroom style, accommodating up to 15 delegates.

Located on the ground floor, the modern and spacious Wentworth Suite comfortably fits up to 24 guests in a Hollow Square setting. Offering flexibility, the suite can offer a U-shape setting instead, fitting up to 20 guests.

Byron Suite is one of our larger, beautiful and newly refurbished suites. Located on the ground floor, the flexible space fits up to 100 delegates in a Cabaret Setting or 250 delegates in theatre style.

Located on the ground floor, Lytton's Suite is spacious, modern and fits up to 100 in a cabaret setting and 250 in a theatre style setting. The suite has its own private tea & coffee station within the room.

The brand new, fully refurbished Sussex Suite is one of the largest conference suites in the South East. Located on the ground floor, Sussex suite accommodates up to 350 delegates in a theatre style.

One of the most impressive suites in the Premier Grandstand building, this is perfect for corporate or private functions including weddings. This room can seat up to 500 delegates or 250 cabaret style, but can also be extended into three smaller rooms with separate entrances and soundproofed partitions. There is also a balcony overlooking the racecourse allowing plenty of natural lights which can be minimised by black out blinds if required.

Consisting of 12 breakout rooms and one double box, these professional suites are perfect for meetings, training sessions and seminars, and each boast a balcony that offers stunning views across the racecourse.
