The Mordaunt is located within our 16th Century Hall on the ground floor. It has natural daylight, with beautiful views of the grounds. This room can seat up to 50 banquet and 40 cabaret.    

The Moncreiffe restaurant has 3 beautiful chandeliers and over looks the manicured gardens. It's perfect for meetings and dining. A room with the Wow factor!

Our largest meeting space on this estate, the Courtyard is perfect for conferences up to 180 theatre or 120 cabaret, or private gala dinners with a private bar. The Courtyard has plenty of natural daylight and overlooks the beautiful gardens.

The Eden Suite at Mallory Court Hotel & Spa is a beautiful, oak panelled restaurant, boasting a number of accolades and awards for refined cuisine, including 3 AA Rosettes. With stunning views from its terrace over the gardens and the Warwickshire countryside.

Perfect for large events of up to 160 people, the Welcombe Suite is the largest single event space at The Welcombe Hotel. Featuring direct access to the garden terrace, air conditioning, and a fully stocked bar, it is well equipped for a wide range of social & corporate events.

The Lady Barnard is located at the front of the hotel on the ground floor with high ceilings and natural daylight. It is one of five smaller meeting rooms with capacity for between 10 and 40 delegates – perfect for break-out sessions, syndicate rooms or for board meetings.

The Oak Room is fully accessible and located on the ground floor, with access to our terrace patio and within proximity to the main lounge and bar. With a maximum capacity of 20 people and plenty of natural daylight and fully air conditioned, this space works perfectly for small to medium private dinners.

This conference suite is situated at The Welcombe Golf Club and can be used as one large room with capacity of up to 120 theatre-style, or it can be divided into three separate rooms, The Open, The Masters and The Ryder each with capacity for up to 40 with access to the terrace area from each room.

The Masters, Ryder and Open make up the Open Championship Suite, with capacity of up to 40 delegates each. The Championship is a versatile room with roll out walls, making three private rooms. The rooms are situated on the ground floor, all with direct access onto the terrace area at The Welcombe Golf Club.

The Clopton room, located behind the Bear pub is the perfect space for more intimate private dining, meetings or celebratory events.

The 1707 building was finished in 2007 to commemorate 300 years of racing at Warwick.

This elegant setting overlooks the Parade Ring at the heart of the racecourse site and holds up to 300 guests, ideal for large functions and exhibitions.

The facility is a permanent structure with four single access doors, two double doors fitted with both an effective heating and air conditioning system.

The marquee can be easily dived into sub sections, which is great for additional break out rooms and the valance around the structure can be changed to match corporate colours at additional cost.

The Nestfield Suite is a unique space with a maximum capacity of 100 people.  The brick arches and small alcoves along the side of the room make the perfect backdrop for photographs. There is a fully stocked bar perfect for parties and celebrations, with access to the Italianate gardens to enjoy refreshments alfresco style in the summer months.
