The Lismoyne is an independent 62 bedroom hotel, ideally located just off the M3 on the Hampshire, Surrey borders. Set in two and a half acres of tranquil wooded gardens, yet only 3 minutes walk from Fleet Town centre, our varied function rooms provide the ideal venue for meetings, conferences, parties, weddings or a special family occasion.

Our friendly staff are committed to offering you a warm welcome and an efficient, personal service, coupled with delicious food, fine wine and comfortable accommodation. We strive to provide you with a relaxed and stress free experience.


CONFERENCE & MEETINGS

Our convenient location to major road and rail networks allows easy access for all delegates. Along with hourly room hire for private meetings, we offer both Residential and Day Delegate packages. Alternatively, our dedicated Event Manager can tailor an individual package to meet your company's personal requirements. High speed internet connection is available throughout the hotel. 


WEDDINGS

The Lismoyne offers beautiful weddings in a friendly, relaxed and informal setting. Ceremonies can be held inside, or outside under our pretty Gazebo. We are able to accommodate up to 150 guests for a buffet reception or 120 seated in our fabulous Lismoyne Suite. The Conservatory is perfect for smaller, more intimate weddings of up to 30 guests and our luxurious Honeymoon Suite boasts a jacuzzi bath big enough for two! 

Select from one of our Silver, Gold or Platinum wedding packages, or use our Bespoke Wedding service to design your very own unique Wedding Day experience. Whichever you choose, our dedicated wedding co-ordinator will guide you through the planning process and help provide everything you may need to create the best day of your life.


PARTIES

Whatever your celebration, The Lismoyne can provide the perfect function space for your special event. From a baby shower in the Conservatory, to a formal black tie gala dinner in the Lismoyne Suite, you can rest assured that your event will be in good hands.


CHILDREN'S PARTIES

We can also help create the perfect party for your son or daughter. How about a Girlie Make-Over Pamper Party, or a Bake-Off Cookery Party with our head chef? Maybe a Toddler Soft Play party with a children's entertainer, or a full blown Children's Disco with non-alcoholic cocktails and children's party buffet, whichever you choose, we'll make sure you all have a great time.    


AFTERNOON TEA

Our selection of blended teas, and home-made sandwiches, sweet pastries, cakes and scones, are made from the finest ingredients and freshly prepared each day. The only choice you have to make is where to enjoy the experience, either in our lounge, conservatory or gardens (weather permitting). Smaller portions are available for children.


COACH PARTIES

With easy access from the M3 junction 3, The Lismoyne provides an ideal stopover for coach parties. A warm welcome from our friendly staff, coupled with comfortable en-suite rooms, make it a great place for an overnight stay. Or, for a short break and refreshment on a long trip, why not indulge your passengers with a delicious cream tea.


FUNERAL RECEPTIONS

Coming to terms with the loss of a loved one is an emotional time and often you have to arrange a reception at short notice. We are on hand to help the occasion run smoothly. 

Just make your selection from our Funeral Reception menu and we’ll take care of everything else. On the day we will ensure the occasion flows seamlessly, allowing you to focus on the unique and individual life you are celebrating.


The Crookham Room

The Crookham Room is perfect for partying the night away with it’s own private bar and a large dance floor area. Licensed for up to 76 guests for a wedding ceremony. It can seat up to 70 for a Wedding Reception and accommodate 100 Evening Guests.

The Crondall Room

The Crondall is suitable for smaller meetings and events. The room can accommodate up to 20 for a boardroom style meeting or 40 for a sit down meal and up to 50 for a buffet reception.

The Lismoyne Suite

The Lismoyne Suite is an extension of the Crookham Room into the Crondall. It is our largest function space and is ideal for parties, wedding receptions, conferences and small exhibitions. The combined rooms have a dedicated function bar and are licensed for a wedding ceremony of up to 96 guests. The space can accommodate up to 120 for a sit down meal and 150 for a buffet reception.

The Conservatory
Max Capacity 50

Perfect for a small intimate wedding, baby showers, wakes, anniversaries, birthday parties, afternoon teas and private dining for special occasions. The Conservatory can seat a maximum of 30 for a lunch or dinner and accommodate 50 for a Buffet Reception.

A bright, sunny room, accessed through our bar, with doors that open on to the garden and bar terrace. The conservatory is licensed for up to 26 guests for a Wedding Ceremony and provides a relaxed and informal atmosphere for a multitude of events.

The Hampshire Room

The Hampshire Room is our Restaurant 86 and breakfast room. Licensed for up to 71 guests it is a favoured location for wedding ceremonies and can accommodate up to 40 for a fine dining experience or 60 for a buffet reception.
