Storthes Hall Park, a unique Huddersfield venue set in beautiful surroundings that can cater for any important event. From conferences to weddings or private parties to team building, our facilities are versatile enough to fit the bill. Storthes Hall Park, only ten minutes from the centre of Huddersfield and easily accessible from the M62 and M1, is the perfect rural escape combined with on site accommodation. Set in 44 acres of beautiful Yorkshire countryside it is ideal for business or pleasure. The Venue is open to the public from 9am to 6pm each day for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea.

Conferences and Meetings

With years of experience hosting successful events, we understand that working with you to meet your needs is crucial to making your event a success. Far from the distractions of the office, we offer a beautiful, friendly, and informal setting. At Storthes Hall Park we have a range of meeting rooms all with natural light and scenic views which can cater for groups of 10 to 120 people. Our board room can accommodate 10 to 20 people whilst our largest suite, the Highburton, can hold groups of up to 120. Alongside this our range of team building and social events are the perfect accompaniment to any staff or client event. With a range of outdoor and indoor activities available, the weather will never stop you from going ahead with your plans.

Private Parties & Events

At Storthes Hall Park, we love an excuse for a get together. Our range of flexible rooms can accommodate up to 180 people for a reception with smaller, more intimate dining also possible. We can provide everything you need to make your event special include a range of bespoke outdoor activities on our 44 acre site.

Weddings

Storthes Hall Park is a magical venue set in fabulous Yorkshire scenery. The perfect place to make memorable moments that will stay with you for years to come. At Storthes Hall Park we would like to help make your day unforgettable by assisting you in the planning of your wedding, taking some of the pressure away and leaving you time to get on with the more important tasks.

We can accommodate almost anything from large marquees for several hundred guests, to small, intimate wedding breakfasts in one of our suites. A viewing of the site and venue is highly recommended to fully appreciate the facilities we have to offer.

Team Building

At Storthes Hall Park we are able to facilitate a range of team building activities. This includes motivational days, professional development and fun indoor and outdoor activities to help you develop your team. The surroundings at Storthes Hall Park make it the perfect location to get away from the office and spend time enhancing social relationship which are key to developing a happy engaged team. Maybe you just want to reward your employees by having fun. We can put together a bespoke team building experience which fits your objectives but also boosts morale, motivates and improves overall performance. We can provide one day activities or alternatively we can put together a programme over a couple of days or a weekend to suit you using our onsite accommodation.

The Kirkburton Suite

The Kirkburton Suite is a versatile space which can be used for conferences and dinners. Perfect for an evening event with its stylish black and white floor, full lighting rig and DJ booth. Large glass doors provide access to a paved terrace and lawn which can offer pleasant outdoor space but can also accommodate a marquee if required.
