Roehampton Venues SW15 on the edge of Richmond Park, South of Hammersmith Bridge and with close links from London Waterloo offers interchangeable conference space and a selection of modern and historic venues. With such a varied portfolio whatever the brief we believe we can tick all the boxes for venue finders and event bookers

Elm Grove Conference Centre offers guests two floors of meeting space The Oak Suite that can be split into three separate rooms boasting 98” plasma screens for presentations, touch screen controls for sound and floor to ceiling windows with views over landscaped gardens and courtyards. Positioned either side of the Oak Suite are two boardrooms holding up to 10 delegates perfect for smaller meetings or breakout spaces. Moving up to our top floor the Lime Tree Suite offers guests the chance to look out over SW15 and the City of London a perfect space for catering, networking or exhibition area. If guests are looking for somewhere to stay overnight we offer 31 bedrooms within the conference centre. All rooms are en-suite and come with the standard hotel amenities.

During the weekends and summer months Roehampton Venues also have two Grade Listed properties that can be hired. These offer a selection of meeting space as well as outdoor areas suitable for a range of events from summer parties, fun days and evening dinners.

Grove House: This beautiful Grade II listed Georgian Villa retains many original features including the splendid wooden panelled Portrait Room hosting up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. Our Terrace Room, with a wall of French windows leads out onto our picturesque gardens and views of the lake is perfect for pre-dinner drinks. The grounds down by the lake are a stunning setting for summer parties and team building events.

Parkstead House: An iconic Grade I listed 18th century villa, offers a unique mixture of traditional meeting rooms and modern lecture theatres seating up to 300 guests all set around the backdrop of Richmond Park and vast grounds excellent for team-building and away days.

Location: Our venues are situated in the stunning parkland campuses of Roehampton University; we are just a five minute bus ride from Barnes mainline station and minutes from the A3. There are also regular bus services from Putney, Wimbledon and Hammersmith which all have underground stations direct to central London - only 15 minutes away. We are within easy reach of Heathrow and Gatwick airport and have a number of car parking spaces available on site.

Again, we were warmly welcomed on arrival. Parking was easy and the grounds are gorgeous at this time of year.

The venue is very straightforward to find and the staff are lovely. No request is too small - for example I asked for extra coffee and it arrived almost immediately with a smile. All the catering was delicious and on time.

The rooms are top quality with comfortable seating and excellent equipment which unlike some conference centres, you and the team know how to use! When our room became too hot, you offered to move us without any fuss.

As with such days, the participants have potentially challenging matters to address and the venue can either help or hinder this. For me as facilitator, I felt relaxed and confident being looked after by you, which meant I could give my full attention to facilitating the meeting. I could not recommend your services more highly.

The Roehampton Venues Team supported us very well indeed and the service on the day was top notch. Whenever we needed anything or help it was provided. We were all very impressed with the venue. The Oak Suite was perfect for what we needed and the AV system very simple to setup and control throughout the day. Many guests commented on how nice the venue was. With the large glass windows it creates and light space to work in. Location was very handy with Barnes station down the road and bus routes stops right outside the venue.

Elm Grove Conference space was bright, fresh, clean and relaxing. The IT equipment was excellent and modern to suit our training needs. We enjoyed moving out the main meeting space for our breaks and most people used the outside space during lunchtime. The food was excellent. Very fresh and healthy. Good options for everyone and plenty to eat, nobody went hungry and everybody commented on how lovely the food was.

We use Elm Grove for business and conferencing and having the accommodation attached is simply brilliant. The rooms are impeccable and everything is so new! It is so easy to access from city centre and visiting Putney for an evening meal is a breeze! We would highly recommend this facility, the staff are fantastic and communication is very easy!

The Roehampton Venues Team were very supportive on the planning of the event and clear instructions offered for check in to the hotel. The support offered throughout the three days was excellent and their friendly “can do” approach was much appreciated. The whole team at front desk offered warm friendly welcomes each day. Having this level of support meant I could run the training with no worries.

All rooms in Elm Grove Conference centre used for the event were good size, bright, clean and well equipped. Wi-Fi was excellent and all areas were spotless! The food offered for the three days was fresh and plentiful. Our guests stayed over in the hotel and everybody expressed how convenient and clean the rooms were and provided all that a traveller needed.
