Our beautiful Grade II* Victorian building has hosted both national and international conferences and fairs, proving to be a versatile and a unique backdrop for any event.
Oxford Town Hall offers three event rooms and 10 additional spaces that can be hired in any combination, providing workshop, seminar and meeting space. Our biggest space, for example can accommodate 60 stands for exhibitions or fairs and by combining it with the Assembly Room and Old Library, we can welcome 600 people at any one time in our historic building.
In addition, the Town Hall is located right at the heart of Oxford city in close proximity to hotels and numerous transport links. That is why it has proved to be the perfect venue for small to large corporate meetings, training days (or week), press events and festivals.
Our experienced team treats all bookings individually, helping you make the most of the space available with your budget in mind. We will also let you know about the equipment the Town Hall has for hire, such as room dividers and displays, and connect you with trusted caterers, if required.
