Venue Description

Our Underwood Venue is an event hub of 5 unique spaces in central London. Underwood Lofts are comprised of the New Victorian Loft, the New White Loft, and the Chalet, and along with our latest additions, opened in May 2023, the Palm Room and Underwood Studios, our clients have the possibility of renting the entire space or a combination of spaces for up to 250 people.

The Underwood Venue is the perfect location for conferences, workshops, corporate training, receptions, filming and photoshoots. It is fully DDA compliant with excellent public transport links and bike storage for our clients to reduce their carbon footprint! All the spaces bask in natural light, with stylish decoration, state-of-the-art AV equipment and versatile set up possibilities.

Our venue provokes a ‘wow!’ effect when our clients enter due to its beauty, size and originality and clients instantly feel at home, which is precisely our intention.

The White Loft is a bright, modern space which can host comfortably up to 130 for a reception, 120 in theatre style and 100 in a cabaret style set up.

Our recently refurbished New Victorian Loft, now offering a brighter, more elegant space for your upcoming events. Basking in natural daylight, the spacious hall is lined with plush velvet sofas, armchairs and stylish lamps, in neutral tones, and can be flexibly set up to accommodate team-building events, away day meetings, product launches, and sophisticated receptions for up to 210 guests, 160 in theatre style and 140 in cabaret. The Chalet serves as a comfortable, homely break out or catering space.

The Palm Room is a haven of tranquillity which hosts 120 people standing, 110 in a theatre style set up, 90 in cabaret and 40 in a boardroom set up. Underwood Studios is a blank canvas for your photo or film shoots and can also host a maximum capacity of 180 standing, 160 theatre, 120 cabaret or 60 boardroom style.
