Located at Portman Road, the esteemed home of Ipswich Town Football Club, our venue is designed to cater to events of all sizes, from intimate meetings to large-scale conferences for up to 250 attendees.
With easy access from the A12 and A14, walking distance from the train station (with direct links to London, Norwich, and Cambridge), and convenient parking options, our venue is perfectly situated for your next meeting, evening event, or exhibition.

Suites For Hire
Sir Bobby Robson Suite
The Sir Bobby Robson Suite, overlooking our award-winning pitch, is a versatile space ideal for conferences, exhibitions, and dining events. Accommodating up to 250 delegates or 200 dinner guests, this self-contained facility features full-length windows, in-room bars, serveries, cloakrooms, and toilets. Conveniently located below Beattie’s, it’s perfect for events requiring separate function rooms, such as a drinks reception followed by a dinner or dance.
Press Conference Room
The Press Room offers a unique and versatile venue, perfect for hosting company meetings, presentations, seminars, and product launches. For added flexibility, the space can be easily combined with the adjacent Buffet Area, providing an ideal breakout zone for your event. Additionally, the adjoining Media Room adds extra functionality, making it a great choice for exams or smaller meetings. With a capacity of up to 75 delegates in a theatre-style setup, the Press Room is the perfect location for intimate conferences, seminars, or presentations.
Beattie's
Suitable for hosting conferences, parties, product launches, exhibitions meetings and seminars Legends is a unique facility that can be adapted to suit any style of meeting or event. Located directly above the Sir Bobby Robson Suite, it is ideal for events requiring two separate rooms for the one occasion (e.g. drinks reception in one suite followed by a dinner/dance in the other).
S&P Lounge
Boasting stunning views of the pitch, this lounge is the perfect space for hosting lunches, meetings, and small networking events. Accommodating up to 50 guests standing, it provides an intimate yet professional atmosphere. With modern amenities and a stylish design, this venue is ideal for fostering connections and making lasting impressions. Whether you're planning a corporate gathering or a special celebration, our lounge offers the perfect setting for your next event.
Level Head Lounge
With panoramic views over the pitch, the Level Head Lounge is a refined and versatile space, perfectly suited for business lunches, meetings, and intimate networking events. Accommodating up to 50 guests for standing receptions, the lounge offers a professional yet welcoming atmosphere designed to encourage conversation and connection.
The contemporary interior, modern facilities, and elegant finish create an impressive backdrop for both corporate functions and private celebrations. A private, fully stocked bar, including draught beer, completes the experience, ensuring your guests are comfortably hosted from arrival to last call.
Premier Lounge
The Premier Lounge, located in the West Stand of the stadium, is a versatile and intimate space. It accommodates up to 32 guests for dinners and banquets or 30 guests in a theatre-style setting, making it ideal for conferences, meetings, and wakes. This space includes two plasma screen TVs that are linked to the in house sound system.
Partners Boardroom
Our Partners Boardroom is located in the West Stand. This is the ideal space for an intimate dinner party, holding up to 40 guests on fixed round tables. This room boasts a collection of historical club memorabilia from the iconic Sir Alf Ramsey and Sir Bobby Robson eras. Included in the room is a state of the art sound system, plasma screens and complimentary WIFI.
Three Lions Lounge
Our newest lounge, located in the West Stand, capable of holding up to 200 guests. This versatile space is ideal for conferences, parties, exhibitions and wakes. One large function space with three distinct sections, within the first section you will find the Hot or cold food counters, a range of casual seating and a large screen, within the second section there is a mix of casual seating, the third section holds your very own fully stocked private bar including draught beer. This space is equipped with a state of the art sound system, large plasma screen and complimentary WIFI. It uniquely incorporates the Clubs history by repurposing the clubs original floodlights
Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame, formerly known as the Centre Spot, is located via Portman Road and celebrates the iconic players and legends of Ipswich Town Football Club. This bright, naturally lit space offers a welcoming atmosphere ideal for a wide range of events.
The Hall of Fame can be seamlessly combined with Burley’s Bar, located adjacent to the suite. Additionally, the Cobbold Boxes are available as breakout rooms, adding further flexibility to your event.
West Stand Boxes
The West Stand features 7 premium spaces perfect for management away days, interviews, small conferences, or breakout rooms. These rooms have a range of informal seating, each room has a stunning pitch view, a plasma screen TV, its own sound system and complimentary WIFI.
