Our day and 24-hour delegate rates include flexible lunch options, refreshments throughout the day and a dedicated event manager on the day.

With 102 bedrooms including 25 single rooms we offer extremely economical rates for conference delegates staying overnight in Derby. Our comfortable rooms all have a spacious desk, comfortable chair and wired or WiFi internet access.

We have events suites to suit every type of business event from private board meetings through to large-scale dinners and conferences for up to 200 delegates. You can hire a suite of adjacent/adjoining rooms for break-out meetings.

Delegates and guests will be very impressed with this meeting and events space with its beautiful chandeliers and windows overlooking the walled garden. The Garden Room offers plenty of natural daylight, as well as its own private foyer and bar. It’s perfect for a dinner dance for up to 150 people, or it can set up theatre style for up to 130 delegates.

Planning a conference for up to 70 delegates? The Edale is adaptable to suit most purposes, especially if you need access to syndicate and break-out areas. The suite has good natural daylight and full disabled access. In summer, the adjacent garden area is perfect for refreshment breaks, BBQ lunches or post event drinks.
