Easthampstead Park has been used for many purposes over the centuries - including a park reserved for Royal hunting, part of a large private estate, a refuge for a boy's school during the war, a teacher training college and a local comprehensive school!
The estate now hosts a variety of events, meetings and team-building away days - as well as wedding receptions and civil marriage ceremonies.

Easthampstead Park has an excellent reputation for the quality of catering and service provided.
With a total of 20 function rooms, which can accommodate from 2 to 180 delegates or guests, we offer total flexibility to meet your own particular event needs.
With 60 acres of parkland and formal gardens, this beautiful venue is the ideal location to hold a private party or dinner reception along with our choice of eight private dining menus which includes various sit down options and buffets (as well as room hire and vat).
Conferences and Meetings
Easthampstead Park Conference Centre provides a flexible approach to providing conference and meeting facilities. Our whole emphasis is aimed towards the smooth running of your particular event. Each room can be equipped with a range of audio-visual equipment to meet your requirements, whether these are standard items such as flipcharts, plasma screens and data projectors or more significant set up's including staging, sound and lighting.
Events and Team-Building
We are able to offer a wide variety of special events including family fun days, motorised activities and team-building. In addition to this, we also host large car shows (up to 5,000 people) and hold a firearms licence for real clay shooting. We work closely with specialist companies to ensure that your event runs smoothly, maximising the benefits to your team and business. Following a busy day of activities, finish off the day with a barbeque or hog roast on the back terrace with some garden games.
Easthampstead Park Conference Centre offers a wide selection of function rooms which can be tailored to meet your specific needs for your event, private function, conference or meeting. Being housed within a Victorian Country Mansion the rooms have large windows allowing natural daylight to flood into the rooms, which together with high ceilings provide a light airy working environment.
Although the building may be old the centre is able to provide the latest up to date technology including plasma screens, free Wi-Fi and visualiser. Most meeting rooms include the following (at no extra charge):
