Congleton Town Hall
Located on Congleton’s High Street, Congleton Town Hall is an impressive Victorian Gothic building which offers a variety of rooms and set-ups for all events. The Town Hall is an ideal venue for concerts, conferences, weddings, dinner functions, fayres, public meetings, funerals and wakes, training courses, parties , interviews, exhibitions, board meetings, award ceremonies and dances to name a few! Congleton Town Hall has a licensed bar and is licensed for Weddings and Civil Services.
All rooms in the Town Hall; the Grand Hall, Bridestones Suite and Spencer Suite are available to hire seven days a week from early in the morning for breakfast meetings until late at night.
The rooms have been beautifully restored to reflect their historical importance. The Grand Hall has exposed hammer beams, a spectacular Minstrels Gallery, wooden sprung floor and a first floor balcony which can seat a further 80 people (giving 300 people access to activities in the Grand Hall). The Bridestones Suite is equally impressive with its mansard ceiling and glass floor exposing a route to the Police Station from it's former court days.
