Christmas Party at Platform Restaurant West Bay

Platform Christmas celebrations are truly not to be missed. All aboard our vintage carriages where you can relax, indulge and as the magic flows throughout the day, you will be taken on a memorable journey of delicious food paired with a service to match.


Join us on our WW1 carriage (Brunel) or our Beeching carriage which is now also dog friendly.


From the moment you board one of our carriages , nestled footsteps away from the famous Jurassic cliffs (possibly covered in snow) you’ll be immersed into the warmth of a different seaside season.


Whether it be Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, our delightful afternoon tea menu or Christmas party menu, this will be an experience to cherish like no other.


We will be open all throughout the festive period to also include:

Christmas Murder Mystery Evenings

£60* Price per person

Our fabulous Murder Mystery evenings have proved to be a massive hit, since we introduced them at the beginning of 2019.


We have had incredible feedback from our customers, who have come to these evenings, with the acting, food and atmosphere all mentioned as being exceptional.


You can be as interactive with the actors as you wish. You are there to enjoy the food and the atmosphere. You have just one task and that is to guess who the murderer is...!


The cost for these evenings is just £60 per person, and includes a delicious 3- course dinner and entertainment.


There is no formal dress code for the Murder Mystery. Come dressed however you feel comfortable. On previous evenings, guests have worn 1920s, fancy dress, Gatsby, formal, smart and casual or of course go full out and dress to the theme of the MURDER MYSTERY!
