The Washington Suite is situated behind the main hotel reception and is suitable for events such as conference, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, christenings or baby showers etc. The Washington Suite is a spacious suite, complete with its own bar and large chandelier.

Clinton Suite is a large spacious room located in the Golf Clubhouse entrance - the types of events held in this room would be meetings, parties, golf dinners etc. This room holds up to 150 banquet style - numbers are dependant on other factors.

Clinton 1 is half of the full Clinton Suite and is located in the golf clubhouse entrance - complete with its own bar, our Clinton 1 room is suitable for conferences, meetings, children's parties or baby shower/christening functions.

Clinton 2 is half of the full Clinton Suite and is located in the golf clubhouse entrance - although this room doesn't have its own bar, our golf clubhouse bar can be used which is situated just outside the main doors. Clinton 2 is suitable for conferences, meetings, children's parties or baby shower/christening functions.

The Orangery is our largest room at the hotel and can hold up to around 180-200 guests. This room is usually used for our larger events such as, large weddings, large conferences, awards evenings, gala events, proms etc. This room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the golf course and comes included with the outdoor pavilion hire. The Orangery also comes with two separate adjoining rooms, The Brasserie and Abaraham's Bar.

The Grandstand Hall provides 1400m2 of flexible floor space with additional options to open up adjoining suites to give up to 500 of usable space. The ground floor location also benefits from four different access points for loading/unloading, exhibitor parking directly outside, three phase power, turnstile entrances and café/bar facilities.

The name lends itself to the breath taking views across the racecourse and parkland but also has all the facilities you will need to run a successful conference including additional breakout space in the form of 12 meeting rooms that are in close proximity. This proves particularly popular for events that require separate workshops throughout the day.

This 18th century Grade II Listed building oozes character and charm, ideal for dining or smaller conferences and seminars on two floors with wonderful views over the racecourse. The Charles Brandling Room is the beautiful ground floor space that has all the wonderful features you would expect from an historic building with a top capacity of 130. The adjacent lounge also offers an additional space for private meetings and one to one sessions if needed

This impressive and multifunctional suite has a top capacity of 450 and is located on the first floor of the historic Brandling House. The space is ideal for large conferences and exhibitions and has the flexibility of a partition to allow for a separate breakout area. Alternatively, the adjacent lounge area with terrace lends itself to an area for registration and informal breakout space or a separate area for refreshments.

The Bistro can also be taken over and can accommodate from 24 to 75 people. With French doors on to the large outdoor courtyard located in the centre of the hotel. This fantastic terrace and courtyard can be hired out exclusively for drinks receptions and al fresco dining with heaters and of course there is the cigar shack.

The largest of our rooms is The Shipyard which faces out towards the Quayside. It benefits from an abundance of natural daylight as well as interesting features such as exposed brickwork, theatrical curtains and a 'wineglass' chandelier as its centrepiece.

The Bridge is an incredibly distinctive room with a huge bespoke mural covering one of its walls, it is perfect for smaller events and is sure to leave a memorable impression. The Montgomery Suite is the largest room at the stadium and is perfect for dinners, exhibitions, seminars and other events such as boxing shows.

Situated on the first floor, it has views of the River Wear and has an airflow system with AV equipment installed in the room. There is also a stage that can be utilised on two different walls of the room.

Situated on the first floor, The Business Lounge is a stylish and modern room with 6 comfy booths and space to set the rest of the room as you please. The room possesses AV equipment and an air-flow system with natural light and views of the River Wear.

Situated on the third floor, The Riverview Brasserie is the perfect room to hold a dinner or a seminar. It has natural light and views of the River Wear, with an airflow system and AV equipment in the room.

Situated on the first floor, Quinn's Sports bar is a unique room with lots to look at. Named after Sunderland legend Niall Quinn, the bar is decked out with memorabilia from Roker Park and any Sunderland fan could spend hours just looking and taking a trip down memory lane.

Situated on the second floor, The Black Cats bar has stunning views of the hallowed turf of the Stadium of Light pitch. The room also has its own lift access from outside of the ground.

Situated on the first floor, The Magic Moments Bar pays homage to some of the most memorable moments in Sunderland AFC's history.

The Nixon is located on the ground floor and typically used for small conferences, training days, team building activities or event alike. This room has patio doors facing onto the hotel's car park. This room includes a TV, projector and screen.

The Kennedy Suite is located on the first floor and is also used for small conferences, small meetings, one to one's and events alike. This room includes a TV, projector and screen.

The Brasserie is an adjoining room to the Orangery and is usually used for a wedding evening buffet, smaller conferences, meetings or training and team building days, although this room doesn't have its own bar, it is also attached to Abraham's Bar which includes a bar area and lounge chairs.
