The Oaks Hall is at the epicentre of Epsom Downs and is the first space that greets visitors.

Named after the famous flat-race hosted annually at the course, the space has a proven track record with consumer and trade exhibitions.

The Winchester Suite, located up our Great Stair within the Castle is the perfect space to host a boardroom style meeting, a private lunch or dinner, or a corporate event. Boasting the view of Farnham Castle's East Lawn, pretty Rose Garden and Farnham Park, the Winchester Suite could be ideal for your next event.

Offering some of the best views in the Castle, The Library is a long room with interesting features. This historic room, located on the first mezzanine level, is ideal for a banquet style lunch or meeting, a cocktail or welcome party, or a private dinner.

Perfect for your next boardroom meeting, the Talbot Suite offers fantastic views across Farnham and is the perfect space to host clients ahead of a lunch or private dinner in another area of the Castle.

Ideal for small corporate meetings, Beaufort 3 offers all of the amenities you would want, along with a designated area for tea, coffee and refreshments ahead of your meeting.

Beaufort 4, situated in the corner of our Castle, provides the ultimate meeting space for your next corporate event. With a tea and coffee welcome area and spectacular views across Farnham, Beaufort 4 is a comfortable room filled with amenities for your next meeting. 

Overlooking the Rose Garden, this meeting room has been refurbished in a light, modern style, with some exposed architectural features.

Opening out into an impressive exhibition or banqueting hall, the self-contained Frimley Suite can be split into three separate rooms, each with air-conditioning and complimentary internet access.

Our elegant White Room is stylish boardroom or private dining space, with views over our landscaped gardens through the large bay window.

Period features such as stained glass, a carved wooden sideboard and an open fireplace enhance the ambiance and character of this lovely room.

The book-lined Library, complete with oak furniture and high ceilings, is a sophisticated and peaceful meeting space or dining room.

Seating up to 10 in boardroom style, it enjoys views over the woodland gardens.

Our Main Hall features a large extendable stage and seating for up to 1031. With seats removed and converted into a flat floor space, our impressive Main Hall turns into the perfect space for a dinner dance for up to 420 people or a reception for up to 800.

Our Main Hall is 418 square metres (19m x 22m) for exhibition and event space. Our stage is 231 square metres (22m x 10.5m).

Overlooking the landscaped gardens and featuring a private balcony, our Glass Room is the perfect space to impress your guests. Three out of the four sides to this room are fully glazed, creating a space like no other. With its own separate entrance and reception area, our Glass Room can be used independently from the rest of the building and can offer a variety of experiences from stylish champagne and canapé receptions to superb dining from either our set menus or a bespoke menu chosen by you.

Our seminar rooms are the perfect spaces for conferences or business meetings, during which you can take full advantage of the integral AV facilities. The space can also be used for private dining, celebrations and social gatherings.

As private dining rooms, with food expertly prepared on site and a quality wine list, these spaces offer corporate and individual clients exclusive settings for entertaining before a show, with the convenience that your show or concert seats in the Main Hall are only a very short walk away. Coffee and dessert can be served in the interval, and there is the option to return after the performance.

With high ceilings and an integral bar as well as full blackout, sound and lighting facilities, our Bellerby studio is perfect for smaller and more intimate performances, high-impact presentations, or as a more informal private area for social gatherings. Our studio also opens out onto a large paved garden area, ideal in the summer for strawberries and Pimms on the lawn!

We have three levels of foyer space which can be used as standing space for drinks, canapes and much more.

The Burford room is ideally located on the ground floor with direct access to the gardens and natural daylight. It has a maximum boardroom capacity of 20.

Newly refurbished, complete with three screens (to suit any lay-out), built-in audio, repeater screens and air conditioning the Wotton Suite is our premier conference and event space. The high ceilings and direct loading access allow for bespoke staging and projection units in a variety of set ups to meet your requirements.

This elegant room has recently been refurbished & is located in the main house, is has plenty of natural daylight & doors leading onto its own private patio and garden. Close to the main reception, restaurant & cloakroom facilities.

The Evelyn Suite is south facing, light and airy with large windows which allow daylight to fill the air-conditioned room. Positioned on the ground floor, guests have easy access to our beautiful rear gardens. The Evelyn suite comes with air conditioning, projector and screen and room to accommodate bespoke staging and projection units.

The Lady Hamilton is an ideal location for private meetings or dining. It offers a quiet location on the 1st floor in the house, close to the reception, restaurant and cloakroom facilities. It is fully air-conditioned with a purpose built Boardroom table, ideal for executive board meetings.

Our premiere mansion house executive boardroom, this space is filled with character thanks to the original features, including large fireplace and arched windows overlooking the Italian Gardens. The room comes with a large plasma screen to marry the luxurious room with the practical needs for your meeting or event.

The River Room offers relaxing river views with its own private entrance, cloakroom and has natural daylight. Ideal for meetings that require pre- course registration facilities. It has a maximum boardroom capacity of 16.
