The Montgomerie Suite on the 1st floor has lift access, is fully air-conditioned, has its own bar and can accommodate up to 140 delegates theatre style. Other room arrangements can, of course, be accommodated.

By discussing your catering arrangements with our Clubhouse Manager, we can tailor the day to your budget from tea/coffee and biscuits to a full three course meal.

Our bright and airy Lantern Hall, located to the left of our Stone Hall, is ideal for corporate lunches, private dinners and more. Please speak to our Events Team to visit our Lantern Hall and the rest of Farnham Castle, prior to planning your next event.

The Winchester Suite, located up our Great Stair within the Castle is the perfect space to host a boardroom style meeting, a private lunch or dinner, or a corporate event. Boasting the view of Farnham Castle's East Lawn, pretty Rose Garden and Farnham Park, the Winchester Suite could be ideal for your next event.

Offering some of the best views in the Castle, The Library is a long room with interesting features. This historic room, located on the first mezzanine level, is ideal for a banquet style lunch or meeting, a cocktail or welcome party, or a private dinner.

Perfect for your next boardroom meeting, the Talbot Suite offers fantastic views across Farnham and is the perfect space to host clients ahead of a lunch or private dinner in another area of the Castle.

Ideal for small corporate meetings, Beaufort 3 offers all of the amenities you would want, along with a designated area for tea, coffee and refreshments ahead of your meeting.

Beaufort 4, situated in the corner of our Castle, provides the ultimate meeting space for your next corporate event. With a tea and coffee welcome area and spectacular views across Farnham, Beaufort 4 is a comfortable room filled with amenities for your next meeting. 

Overlooking the Rose Garden, this meeting room has been refurbished in a light, modern style, with some exposed architectural features.

With its high ceilings and private terrace set in our beautifully landscaped gardens, The Garden View is the perfect private space for every occasion, from weddings to sit down dinner parties to a birthday celebration and, with its own private garden terrace, you can enjoy sundown drinks on a warm Summers evening.

With its high ceiling, traditional panelling and private terrace set in our beautifully landscaped gardens, our Baxendale Suite is made up of both the Lake View & Garden View rooms. It also boasts a private terrace with glorious views of the stunning swan lake, which provides the perfect setting for your unforgettable day and special photo memories.

The Drawing Room has the atmosphere of a member’s club with the convenience of its own private bar. Perfect for smaller drinks gatherings that want to enjoy an intimate drink or two.

This space is located on the first floor and has its own bar, which you can have staffed for your event.
This room can hold up to 16 guests seated or 40 standing. Please note that there is no disabled access to this room.

There is no hire cost to use this area, we just ask that you meet a minimum spend. This is available upon enquiry.

Whether you’re looking for a small meeting room or private dinner in a box with a private bar, or looking to have the full space with a dance floor to party the night away, the grandstand boxes offer an adaptive space. Boxes 2 to 5 are also licensed for wedding ceremonies.

Our largest meeting space can accommodate up to 160 theatre-style or 90 delegates cabaret style, making it ideal for large presentations. With its own balcony overlooking the lake, a private bar and natural daylight, it also makes the perfect suite for networking & working lunches.

Our largest function space positioned overlooking our beautiful lake this first floor suite with private balcony is abundant with plenty of natural daylight, the room is neutrally decorated to allow you to create your ideal colour scheme for your special day.

The Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests enjoying a 3 course sit down meal and a maximum of 200 guests celebrating an evening reception.

Our most popular conference room is equipped with an inbuilt screen and projector and has floor-to-ceiling windows letting in natural daylight and exquisite views of our lake. There are also blackout blinds, should you need to use them, for slideshows or cinematic presentations during your conference.

The Rydal Suite can also hold up to 60 guests for a three-course sit down meal. The stunning views looking out of the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the Lake are sure to make a lasting impression.

The Island, with its own private bar is ideal for an outdoor celebration. The deck chairs and lounge furniture allow for a more relaxed atmosphere, perfect for less formal and networking events.

The Evelyn Suite is south facing, light and airy with large windows which allow daylight to fill the air-conditioned room. Positioned on the ground floor, guests have easy access to our beautiful rear gardens. The Evelyn suite comes with air conditioning, projector and screen and room to accommodate bespoke staging and projection units.

Our premiere mansion house executive boardroom, this space is filled with character thanks to the original features, including large fireplace and arched windows overlooking the Italian Gardens. The room comes with a large plasma screen to marry the luxurious room with the practical needs for your meeting or event.
