An elegant and stately, high-ceilinged hall, featuring a large chandelier, oil paintings, fireplace and grandiose mahogany arch and door at one end of the room. Originally built by an ambitious previous owner to create a space for lavish family parties, this room accommodates a maximum of 92 delegates theatre style, 34 delegates boardroom style, 50 delegates cabaret style or 82 on round tables.

The distinctly French-feeling, Georgian style Orangery leading up to the Salon features a piano and can be used for registration, canapés, coffee breaks, a finger buffet lunch, and live music upon arrival. Or, with a number of comfy armchairs, traditional historic features and bookcases, the adjacent Library and Garden Room can also be used for refreshments if preferred.

Perfect for conferences, conventions, presentations, speeches, large meetings, lectures, seminars and private lunches, and also great for large-scale evening private dining, company Christmas meals, banquets, and dinner and dancing.

A spectacular pine-panelled room on our ground floor, full of character, featuring a traditional fireplace and collection of oil paintings. Designed in the 1700s as a plush dining room to complement the opulent Salon next door, this room accommodates a maximum of 50 delegates theatre style, 24 delegates boardroom style or 28 delegates cabaret style. With a door leading to the tranquil and scenic back garden, guests in the Parlour can enjoy refreshments on the garden terrace in the summer.

The lovely Georgian style Orangery adjacent to the room can be used for welcome drinks and registration. Perfect for meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops, presentations, speeches, focus groups, and private parties and dining.

With its warm and splendid feel, the Parlour also creates the perfect ambience for a Christmas meal or party, with a maximum of 45 guests able to be seated at round tables.

Our smallest room available for private hire, situated on the ground floor and featuring a beautiful chandelier, fireplace and elegant panelled walls. Overlooking the private and picturesque back garden, this quaint and traditionally decorated dining room dates back to 1448 when the first recorded owner of the Hall used it as a courtroom for local petty crimes.

The charming Justice room will accommodate a maximum of 16 delegates theatre-style or 12 delegates boardroom style, and 16 people around a large table for private meals. It is an ideal space for smaller meetings, workshops, training, seminars, focus groups, presentations, sales pitches, small and intimate private parties, and private dining.

Overlooking the award winning pitch the Sir Bobby Robson Suite, is a very flexible conference, exhibition and dining facility.

The Players’ Lounge, located in the West Stand, is a versatile mid-sized function room ideal for meetings, training sessions, networking events, informal gatherings, and children’s parties. Located adjacent to the Hall of Fame, Burley’s Bar can be hired alongside the Hall of Fame for an additional charge, providing added versatility for your event. Our newest venue space, the Three Lions Lounge, opened in 2025. The Three Lions Lounge is a modern and flexible event space, featuring three distinct areas: a bar area, casual seating, and a space for presentations and food service. The room also showcases the club’s original floodlights, now beautifully repurposed as ceiling lights in the first section of the room, adding a unique touch.

Whether you’re hosting a meeting or planning a private celebration for 12 guests, this well-equipped space delivers an elevated experience in the heart of Ipswich Town.

Our Partners Boardroom is located in the West Stand. This is the ideal space for an intimate dinner party, holding up to 40 guests on fixed round tables. This room boasts a collection of historical club memorabilia from the iconic Sir Alf Ramsey and Sir Bobby Robson eras. Included in the room is a state of the art sound system, plasma screens and complimentary WIFI.

Our principal function room, the impressive Millennium Suite, is located on the second floor of the Millennium Grandstand and enjoys inspirational views of ‘the Home of Racing’. It can readily accommodate up to 300 people theatre-style or 170 cabaret-style.

Located on the ground floor in the Millennium Grandstand, with over 685 square metres of marble floored space, Exhibition Hall 1 is our biggest room for indoor events. Due to its location and easy access for vehicles it is also popular for indoor car displays.

The Devils Dyke Restaurant located within Hall 1 can be used as extra exhibition space or as a separate catering area for your event.

Since opening, it has played host to a number of events including our legendary themed Christmas party nights for 500 guests, branded clothing sales, award ceremonies and public exhibitions.

With over 300 square metres of fully carpeted space on the ground floor of The Millennium Grandstand, Exhibition Hall 2 is ideal for exhibitions, meetings or as a large breakout room.

With its high ceilings and easy access from the conference centre car park, the space also works well as a registration area when used with our other exhibition halls.

Located on the 1st floor, this dual aspect area is light and airy with a sweeping central staircase and has magnificent views over the Parade Ring and racecourse.

A beautifully furnished lounge bar with wonderful views of the racecourse and courtyard. Due to it’s close proximity to Exhibition Hall 3. connected via the lift lobby, this light and airy room is perfect as a meeting area from a busy event or as extra exhibition space.

Located on the fourth floor in The Millennium Grandstand, our Large Executive Boxes have magnificent views of the Suffolk countryside and surrounding training grounds. All boxes have natural daylight with blackout facilities as well as an outside balcony area.

These rooms are often used for board meetings or as breakout rooms along with our Small Executive Boxes for larger events.

The magnificent Executive Boxes, located on the 4th floor of the Millennium Grandstand provide a luxurious setting for small meetings.

With 8 to choose from, each box benefits from natural daylight, blackout facilities and magnificent views of the Suffolk countryside and surrounding training grounds. They are an excellent choice for smaller business meetings or as breakout rooms along with our Large Executive Boxes for bigger events.

With a panoramic view overlooking the famous Rowley Mile, this tiered event space ensures that nobody misses out on the breath taking scenery.

With adaptable seating requirements, the Champions Gallery is ideal for networking events, large and small conferences, as well as being available to hire as an exclusive restaurant which can accommodate up to 380 dinners.

A beautifully decorated, light and airy room, The Guineas Suite is the ideal setting for a special lunch or dinner.

The Guineas Suite can also be used with the adjoining Runners Lounge as a space for exhibitors, refreshments and registration.

Our fabulous Hong Kong Suite is a mainly used for wedding civil ceremonies or exhibition space for trade shows due to the elegance of this room, the suite can be a good space for small meetings also.

With some of the most spectacular views across the Parade Ring and training gallops beyond, the Limekilns Suite is a stylish multi-purpose room, ideal for moderate sized functions, meetings or as a syndicate room to larger conferences.

The Royal box is a delightful room with racecourse views and is reserved for members of the Royal Family on racedays.

It enjoys its own private enclosed viewing terrace and private lift. It is an ideal setting for a board meeting or special dinner

The Runners Lounge is a comfortable and stylish conference room located at the famous Rowley Mile, Newmarket Racecourse.

This room is ideal for a conference requiring flexibility in layout style and an area for a stage.

The Bistro Suite is an excellent facility for a variety of different events.

It can accommodate up to 70 people theatre style and provides self-contained facilities with its own kitchen, bar and bathroom facilities.

With a capacity of up to 75 delegates in a theatre-style setup, the Press Room is the perfect location for intimate conferences, seminars, or presentations.

The Great Hall is a generous yet welcoming space with charming features. Licensed for ceremonies of up to 160 guests, private toilets and a cloakroom. It is also adjacent to the Great Hall Pavilion for dining. 

The Great Hall is also perfect for special occasions, private dinners, wakes, or team meetings. 

The Willow Suite is the largest function room in the hotel. Having equipped with an air conditioner and audio-visual system, it's perfect for meetings and larger events. It is licensed for wedding ceremonies. Located on the lower ground floor, this room is accessible by stairs, stair chair lift and external access ramp, and provides access to the Willow patio and lawn. There are no columns or viewing restrictions.

The Orwell Suite is perfect for small to medium-sized formal meetings and small events. It is licensed for wedding ceremonies. Located on the ground floor, this room is accessible by stairs and stair ramp lift. There are no columns or viewing restrictions. It's well-equipped with an air conditioner and audio-visual system.
