Welcome to the Exhibition Hall, offering 3,400m2 of space the possibilities are endless. Our largest and most flexible of spaces, the vast area located on the ground floor is used frequently for events ranging from trade shows, and product launches, to large scale conferences and awards dinners.

Located on the third floor with panoramic views across the racecourse and beyond, the floor to ceiling windows in the Premier Suite offer superb daylight. This comfortable and versatile space is frequently used for medium sized conferences, smaller exhibitions, training events or corporate dinners. The adjoining Brocklesby Suite makes the ideal breakout room when used as part of a larger conference.

The Portland Suite is located up on the 4th floor with a covered, private balcony and views out over the course itself. This perfect private retreat seats up to 80 delegates theatre-style, an ideal area for smaller conferences, training events and corporate entertaining. The venue can be partitioned to suite your requirements.

Located on the first floor, Nijinsky benefits from direct access to the main entrance and Exhibition Hall via two escalators. The Nijinsky suite is popular for mid-sized meetings, break out zones, product launches, briefings and research groups.

Box 6 is the largest of our private boxes, located up on the 4th floor with a covered, private balcony and views out over the course itself. Ideal for smaller meetings or as breakout spaces for larger events happening in other spaces.

The iconic Old Weighing Room, full of character and charm provides a contemporary experience for any event. The 1920’s Art Deco inspired restaurant and bar, is perfectly placed between the racecourse and the Hilton Garden Inn, providing an intimate, and inviting proposition for small and medium sized events. As a licensed wedding venue, The Old Weighing Room offer a romantic retreat, whilst as a private party venue, the glamourous and quirky venue is a unique space that is sure to get guests talking.

Located on the first floor, this vast space is adaptable to any occasion, from conferences to wedding receptions...and much more besides, and after your event, take time out and admire the views from the stunning private balcony. The space can be partitioned in to one third, two thirds or half depending on your numbers and requirements.

Located on the second floor, this area offers the same facilities as the Premier Suite but on a slightly smaller scale. The Conduit suite is a popular space for smaller conferences and exhibitions. Step outside and a sheltered terrace area can be used as an informal breakout space for your guests, with the adjoining Owners and Trainers lounge providing a handy further breakout room.
