The Merlin Suite is our largest conference facility, comprising of two rooms that can be used together or hired independently and benefits from its own entrance foyer.

There are exclusive cloakroom facilities within the suite. Vehicle access for conference and exhibition set-up is also possible through Merlin One. The perfect setting for your event whether it’s a conference, seminar, trade exhibition, dinner function or corporate hospitality event.

The Meadows Suite comprises of two rooms; ideal for smaller meetings, break out or group sessions.

Light and airy, with natural daylight, they benefit from air conditioning and soundproofing as well as an independent foyer and toilets. There is also direct access to the Museum exhibition halls. Situated on the first floor the rooms can be used independently, or as one large room simply by opening the moveable wall which has been specially designed to ensure acoustic integrity.

Located on the ground floor and facing the outdoor terrace, the Napier Suite offers a modern, relaxed space for smaller meetings or training sessions. The room benefits from plenty of natural light and excellent access to the Museum facilities.

Includes a glamorous pre-dinner drinks reception against the backdrop of one the Museum’s exclusive exhibitions. The Red Room exhibition is available to book as part of your event.

Availability is limited and by private arrangement. Filled with some of our most popular cars all in red, the Red Room really will give your guests something to talk about. The perfect venue for drinks and canapés.

As part of the Meadows Suite, the boardroom benefits from natural daylight, making it an ideal space for meetings, syndicate sessions or interviews. The room has the option to be used independently or as part of Meadows.

The Paddock is a prominent outdoor enclosed space ideal for showcasing or as an extension to your event. Large enough to host up 75 cars with ease, with access to outdoor power and water.

Our air-conditioned AgustaWestland conference room is situated within Hall One of the Museum where the story of Naval Aviation is told from its birth in 1909 to the modern day. Eight aircraft are on display including a replica 1911 Short S27: the remains of the first aircraft to have taken part in a Naval battle - the Short 184 built by Westland in 1916: and the first helicopter built by Westland – the Dragonfly. During coffee and break-out sessions, delegates are welcome to walk amongst the exhibits and aircraft

Concorde 002 is the first British prototype Concorde. Its maiden flight was from Filton, Bristol on 9th April 1969 and it went on to make 439 flights. Its last flight was made on 4th March 1976 when it was flown from Fairford to the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton by the legendary test pilot Brian Trubshaw. In addition to Concorde, the Exhibition Hall is home to other unique or rare aircraft including the Fairey Delta 2, winner of the World Air Speed Record in 1956 and the first aircraft to fly at more than 1000mph, the Handley Page 115, Westland Wyvern and more. The area underneath and around Concorde can be arranged in a bespoke manner to suit your needs with tables, chairs, staging etc. as required.

Your guests will be transported from the pioneer years of the First World War, all the way to the modern HMS Queen Elizabeth class carriers of today. With the rare opportunity to get up close to some of the world’s most renowned aircraft on the carrier flight deck and get a sense of where it all began with the Sopwith Pup, the first aircraft to land on board a moving ship, through 100 years of other naval aircraft types, the Flight Deck provides a truly unique setting for events.

Our Swordfish Centre is away from the main Museum building and boasts its own vehicular and pedestrian access. It is a practical, accessible self-contained, purpose-built building, allowing it to be themed and tailored to the needs of each individual client. The Swordfish Centre has its own entrance and toilet facilities, and we can provide a dance floor and/or a stage. It is ideally suited for larger meetings, conferences and trade shows, auctions, wedding receptions and parties.
