The Lydiard Suite, Swindon’s largest hotel ballroom, accommodates up to 350 guests. With a private bar this is perfect for weddings, self-catering events, conferences, and gala dinners, its elegant and versatile design ensures a memorable experience, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and large-scale functions.

The Avebury and Kennet Suite, a section of our Lydiard Suite, is perfect for slightly smaller parties. It features a private bar, natural daylight, and a spacious layout, making it ideal for entertainment and more intimate gatherings while maintaining a lively atmosphere.

Meeting Rooms 1–9 are our smallest spaces, ideal for interviews and small business meetings. Each room offers a professional setting with natural daylight, creating a comfortable environment for focused discussions and productive gatherings in an intimate atmosphere.

The Hawksworth and Dean Suite are spacious conference rooms, ideal for meetings and formal dinners. They also provide a perfect setting for more intimate events such as baby showers, cocktail-making sessions, and corporate dinners, offering flexibility for various types of gatherings.

The Churchward and Collett Suite are ideal meeting rooms for corporate gatherings and breakfast meetings, offering a professional setting enhanced by natural daylight. Their versatile design makes them perfect for productive business events in a comfortable and well-lit environment.

The Mezzanine is located on the first floor. Please note, there is no disabled access to the Mezzanine, it is important to note that the toilets for the restaurant are located upstairs, therefore guests will pass through this area to gain access to them.
This area can hold up to 55 guests for a sit-down meal or for a buffet/standing event.
The Mezzanine doesn’t have its own bar, but we offer full table service for seated parties.

There is no hire cost to use this area, we just ask that you meet a minimum spend. This can be confirmed upon enquiry.
