With stunning views of the finishing straight, as well as the City of Hereford and the Black Mountains in the distance. Popular for conferences, weddings and parties, this suite is exceptionally adaptable and can be laid out and decorated to your taste. With a top capacity of 217 and double doors that open out onto a large grass lawn perfect for outdoor entertainment, it also boasts a fully licensed bar, TV screens and racing heritage décor.
Popular for exhibitions, this space has room to comfortably hold 16 exhibition or fair stands, with plenty of room for guests or delegates to wander around and get the most from the day.
The Bull Room is located on the first floor and the Bull Room has its own bar, which you can have staffed for your event.
This room can hold up to 50 guests and is best suited for a buffet/standing event. Please note that there is no disabled access to this room.
For groups larger than 50 guests, we can offer the Snug as an overflow space, allowing for groups of up to 80 guests when combined with the private hire of the Bull Room.
The Snug is located on the first floor outside the Bull Room and can accommodate 30 Guests.
There is no hire cost to use this area, we just ask that you meet a minimum spend of £250.
With exclusive use of the first floor, you would have access to both the Bull room and the Star room.
This space can hold up to 70 guests for a sit-down meal or 150 guests for a standing event/buffet.
The Bar is located in the Bull room- this will be staffed throughout your event.
