River House Upper is situated in our separate River House Building adjacent to the main house. River House is a self contained conferencing area with 3 conference rooms & 15 breakout/meeting rooms, tea & coffee facilities are available in the atrium. This is one of our larger sized conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 64 delegates.

Jarratt conference room is situated in our separate River House Building adjacent to the main house. River House is a self contained conferencing area with 3 conference rooms & 15 breakout/meeting rooms, tea & coffee facilities are available in the atrium. This is one of our medium sized conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 48 delegates.

Hambleden conference room is on the first floor with 4 breakout rooms adjacent if required. This is one of our larger conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 72 delegates.

Thomas Kempner conference room is situated on the first floor in the main house opposite Hambleden conference room. With 4 breakout rooms available on the same floor and a further 4 on the second floor if required. This is one of our medium sized conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 40 delegates.

Greenlands Trust Suite is one of our larger conference rooms with a maximum capacity of 72 delegates. Adjacent to the main room there are 6 breakout rooms along with a designated tea/coffee station.

Institute of Directors conference room is situated on the ground floor with easy access to 4 breakout rooms if required. This is one of our medium sized conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 32 delegates.

New Suite 1 conference room is situated on the first floor of the main house. The New Suite rooms are our smaller suites full of characteristics & charm with views that overlook the drive leading down to the meadow. Maximum capacity of 18 delegates.

New Suite 2 conference room is situated on the first floor of the main house. The New Suite rooms are our smaller suites full of characteristics & charm with views that overlook the drive leading down to the meadow. Maximum capacity of 14 delegates.

New Suite 3 conference room is the smallest suite situated on the second floor of the main house. Maximum capacity of 12 delegates.

National Grid is our lecture theatre situated on the ground floor in the main house seating a maximum capacity of 115 delegates.

Bright and airy space - window

This space is located off our main bar area. We can accommodate up to 16 guests seated or 30 standing.

The Treasury doesn’t have its own bar, but we offer full table service for seated parties, or guests can pop to the main bar for their drinks.

There is no hire cost to use this area, we just ask that you meet a minimum spend. This can be confirmed upon enquiry.

Located off our main bar, the Mulberry suite is the perfect place to gather for a drinks party or an informal buffet.

This space can hold up to 25 guests.

The area does not have its own bar, but we welcome drinks pre orders to make sure you have everything ready for your gathering.

There is no hire cost to use this area, we just ask that you meet a minimum spend. This can be confirmed upon enquiry.

Two more spaces that work with, or independently from, The Thatched Barn. With timber beams, floor-to-ceiling glazing and a combined 76sqm of space, The Cowshed has a maximum capacity of 45 for ‘theatre’ or 120 ‘reception’. Delegates can enjoy relaxed seating by the fires, the use of a projector and our built-in pizza oven for post-work grazing.

At the far end of The Cowshed, The Hovel accommodates smaller meetings overlooking the gardens for up to eight seated or fifteen standing.

The perfect place for meetings, private lunches, dinners, workshops and networking, The Farmhouse can be hired as a standalone space. It has a huge kitchen/dining room providing seating for up to 30 guests. Break-out spaces are The Lounge and The Library with views of the gardens plus strong wi-fi and big screen TV’s. The hot tub, tennis court and seven ensuite bedrooms (plus one more in the Shepherd’s Hut) encourage productivity and well-being. In the evening, let us fire up the pizza oven and bring out our kitchen-garden cocktails.
