With a seating capacity of 60 individuals, Oak Conference Room adapts effortlessly to your needs, transforming into various configurations to suit any event, from intimate meetings to large-scale conferences. Equipped with high-speed internet and comfortable seating arrangements, the Oak Conference Room ensures a conducive environment for productive discussions and impactful presentations against the backdrop of Clumber Park's picturesque landscapes.

With a spacious layout and modern amenities, Lime is the perfect venue for gatherings, seminars, and workshops. Accommodating up to 40 guests, this versatile space is equipped with high-speed internet, comfortable seating arrangements and the hotel's luxurious amenities including a spa, car park, fitness centre, sauna, steam room, and pool. 

Normanton Suite is a sophisticated conference room tailored to professional gatherings. With its contemporary design and versatile layout, it accommodates various seating arrangements for meetings, seminars and weddings. Complimented by dedicated staff and services, it provides a conducive atmosphere for your event. 

The Minster Suite is situated on the first floor of the grandstand, with window walls and balconies, this dual aspect suite has beautiful views over the racecourse.  A truly multifunctional room, its ideal for any celebration with a build in dance floor and two bars the room can accommodate up to 210 (banqueting style). The room can also easily accommodate larger conferences with the build in microphone system.

The newly refurbished betting hall located on the ground floor of the grandstand has easy access to outside lawn areas.  It is linked to the Grandstand Hall, so can be opened up to create one large venue.  Within the betting hall there are two bars and a food outlet which depending on your event can be opened or closed.  The space is perfect for larger exhibitions, team building events and conferences.

The newly refurbished grandstand hall is located on the ground floor. It is linked to the Betting Hall, so can be opened up to create one large venue space.  With dual aspect floor to ceiling windows it is a light and spacious hall.

The Robin Hood Suite offers flexible room design, allowing for creativity with your event. The Robin Hood Suite contains a TV, audio system, two pool tables, and a fully licensed bar. Catering can be added as an additional package, and our in-house catering team caters to allergies and food preferences.

Our Owners and Trainers Suite can hold 200 theatre style or 130 cabaret style and is ideal for large conferences and events.

We offer flexible catering menus to suit all requirements and can work on a bespoke basis to cater for your event and ensure it meets your needs.

The Champions Suite, located in Nottingham Racecourse's Grandstand building, can hold a maximum of 120 delegates.

Our Hospitality Boxes are a great option for breakout rooms with 11 individual spaces. Some of these spaces open into double, treble and even quadruple boxes which really are great options for larger breakout rooms. The rooms are located on the first floor of the Centenary Stand and are situated just next door to the Centenary Suite.

These boxes can be booked individually for smaller meetings or used as breakout rooms with discounts available when booking multiple rooms.

Beech is a sophisticated space designed for seamless meetings and intimate events. This contemporary venue offers a serene yet dynamic ambience, ideal for hosting corporate meetings, workshops, seminars and buffets. With comfortable seating arrangements, high-speed internet and amenities like spa, pool, etc. we ensure all attendees' needs are met with care. 

The Manton boardroom embodies elegance and functionality. With a capacity for up to eight individuals, Manton offers an intimate yet sophisticated setting for executive meetings, strategy sessions, or corporate discussions. Adorned with tasteful décor and equipped with high-speed internet access and modern amenities, Manton ensures seamless communication and productivity. 

Screen capacities vary from 48 seats to 172 seats.  All screens include full customiseable recliners seats as standard.  AV packages available upon request.

The room includes a plasma screen with HDMI leads.  Refreshment packages are available for meeting room hires upon request.

The newly refurbished Stable Staff Canteen has ground floor access, in a stand alone building, just a short walk from the Car Park.  Along one side there are 5 in build work booths each seating 4 people and have a twin plug and USB charging point.  With a self-serviced coffee station and food service point its a great space for breakfast meetings, small meetings or training sessions.  Seating up to 24 people (boardroom style).

This Suite is situated on the first floor of the grandstand and has a window wall and private balcony giving views across our racetrack.  With approx. 194m2 of space this room can accommodate a variety of functions but is best suited to meetings, training sessions and networking events for up to 160 people.  With its in build microphone system and 5 large TV's displayed around the room.

The European Lounge offers a flexible layout with three distinct areas: the main European Lounge and two open spaces, the Madrid and Munich Lounges, perfect for socialising. This area has a separate private entrance from the Brian Clough stand which offers an enhanced experience for attendees, complemented by views of the Fan Zone and ample natural light.

With the space for 10 guests and 20 guests in our double executive boxes, with breathtaking pitch side views, they’re an obvious choice of event space for meetings, interviews or small training sessions. Another new space at The City Ground, McGovern's Lounge serves as an intimate venue for small gatherings and accommodates up to 44 seated guests. This space is ideal for private celebrations such as birthdays, baby showers, and anniversaries, as well as small corporate gatherings. The cozy atmosphere makes McGovern's Lounge the perfect choice for those seeking an intimate setting for their special occasions.

The Munich & Madrid Lounge is the perfect space for conferences and events. These spaces provide a unique experience for all attendees, allowing for seamless transitions between different types of events. With access to the executive boxes, this area is perfect for breakout sessions and collaborative activities. Accommodating up to 100 guests, these spaces are well-suited for networking events, conferences, large meetings, and awards nights.

This versatile space can accommodate up to 200 guests, with everything you need to make your event flawless, including a fully stocked bar and the opportunity to choose from an array of menus. With its flexible layout, this suite is ideal for different events, including conferences, dinners, award nights, wedding receptions, and other large functions.

As one of the newest spaces at The City Ground, Garibadi boasts a distinctive and contemporary design that combines an industrial aesthetic with a modern look. With a capacity of up to 100 guests, this venue features multiple screens, making it perfect for conferences, dinners, award nights, and workshops. The interior decor provides a creative atmosphere that encourages innovation and collaboration.

This space is perfect for themed events, as it immerses guests in the rich history of Nottingham Forest. Surrounded by memorabilia and iconic moments from the club's past, this interactive space offers a seating capacity of 27 in theatre style, complete with padded seats same of those used during a football match. Additionally, the museum serves as an inviting reception area, welcoming guests into an exciting atmosphere filled with rich history and nostalgia.

This distinctive room accommodates up to 50 guests and features a real vault door that adds character to the space. It includes a separate boardroom, making it ideal for a variety of events, from small to mid-sized social gatherings and drinks receptions to meetings and workshops. Our newly refurbished lounge offers a vibrant and modern atmosphere, complete with stunning views of the river Trent. Accommodating up to 550 guests, it features two sleek bars and a stylish buffet station, making it ideal for exhibitions, private celebrations, and other big events.

Our versatile site comes with everything you need to bring your event concept to life, including outdoor electrical sockets, toilets, and showers. You can also hire our lodges, which make for perfect event control bases. We have worked with numerous festivals and large-scale events, and we also organise our own large-scale events, so you'll be in good hands with our experienced team.
