Our private function room is the perfect space for intimate gatherings, comfortably accommodating up to 35 guests. Whether you're planning a family celebration, business meeting, or special occasion, the room offers a warm & welcoming atmosphere with plenty of flexibility to suit your event. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options, from a freshly prepared buffet to meals selected from Our main menu.

Golden Miller was the only horse to have won both the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Grand National in 1934.

Located on the first floor of the Earl of Derby Grandstand and completed in 2007, the Golden Miller Suite offers 650sqm of space and the flexibility to accommodate an exhibition, conference, dinner or reception for up to 600 delegates.

Located on the ground floor, the 700sqm Exhibition Hall provides the perfect space for product launches and exhibitions.

With full height roller doors and a full AV specification, the Exhibition Hall can be used together with the Princess Royal or Wallis suites and up to 14 syndicate rooms as a single self-contained multi-purpose conference venue.

Merryman II was the first Scottish-bred horse to win the Grand National in 1960, which was also the first time the race was televised.

The Merryman Suite comprises of ten interconnecting raceview boxes which can fit up to 100 theatre style or ten per box for a board meeting. Located on the third floor of the Princess Royal Stand, on top of the 10 executive boxes, we also have our Boardroom suite.

The Princess Royal Stand was opened on the eve of the 1998 Grand National by HRH The Princess Royal. The Princess has been a regular visitor and even a competitor at Aintree, riding her horse Cnoc Na Cuille in the Mildmay Steeplechase on Grand National Day in 1987.

The Princess Royal Suite is located on the fourth floor, and accommodates up to 350 delegates theatre style. It can be split into two separate suites and offers stunning views of the racecourse.

Located on the first floor of the Lord Sefton Grandstand and adjacent to the Golden Miller Suite, the Sunloch Suite offers 650sqm of exhibition, conference or banqueting space together with stunning racecourse views.

Sunloch won the final Grand National before the outbreak of the Great War in 1914, by an impressive eight lengths and was a record breaking fourth win for Sir Charles Assheton-Smith.

Tommy Wallis was employed by the Racecourse Holding Trust (a subsidiary of The Jockey Club) in 1967 and was Managing Director from 1975 until his retirement in 1989.

Tommy was closely involved with the acquisition of Aintree in 1983 by the Aintree Racecourse Charitable Trust and was instrumental in ensuring the Grand National and its home were saved for posterity. The Wallis Suite is perfect for large board meetings of up to 50 attendees and receptions for up to 280.

The Jockey Club 1750 Suite has been created to deliver the most memorable dining or conference experience. Decorated to the highest possible standard with luxurious furnishings whilst incorporating our true racing heritage; The Jockey Club 1750 Suite also boasts stunning views across the racecourse and has a private bar and coffee area.

The Valentine Suite is named after one of the Grand National fences originally known as Second Brook, but renamed when a horse named Valentine was reputed to have jumped hind legs first in 1840.

Located in the Queen Mother Stand, the Valentine Suite offers conference, meeting and banqueting space for up to 200 delegates.

Completed for the 2007 Grand National, the Aintree Equestrian Centre offers a total of 3700sqm of space with vehicular access ideal for exhibitions, product launches and motor shows.

Fully self-contained, the Aintree Equestrian Centre also offers a full AV specification and is flexible enough to accommodate the most demanding event.

Most certainly the most famous of the Grand National fences, Becher’s Brook was named after Captain Mark Becher who fell at the fence in the first Grand National in 1839 and took refuge in the small brook running along the landing side of the fence.

With views of the winning post, the Becher’s Suite can accommodate up to 150 delegates theatre style or up to 50 for a board meeting.

Winner of the 1983 Grand National, Corbiere was one of the 1980’s Grand National legends, and the first horse trained by Jenny Pitman to come in first.

The Corbiere Suite accommodates up to 300 delegates and can be combined with the adjacent Papillon Suite to provide space for an exhibition, break out or catering space on the same level.

Located on the 3rd floor of the Tommy Whittle Stand, the Davies Suite is ideal for smaller meetings and breakout areas between 10 and 40 delegates.

With interconnecting rooms, the space is flexible and can be set up to suit your needs.

With access either by its grand oak panelled staircase or lift, the Horseshoe Suite can’t help but impress.

Part of the Centenary Stand, with a large balcony area overlooking the racecourse, this suite is ideally suited for conferences, exhibitions and training days.

Located on the ground floor, the Jubilee Suite is ideal for weddings and small events.

This suite includes a conservatory and a private outdoor terrace.
