The hotel features 20 refurbished multi-purpose function rooms with climate control and natural daylight. Our largest room, the Grove Suite, has a capacity for up to 400 guests, divisible into 2 separate rooms, with direct vehicle access and outdoor team building space. Contemporary syndicate rooms take care of smaller meetings for up to 50 guests and modern boardrooms for up to 12 guests. To support your event, we offer in house AV, free Wi-Fi access in all rooms and purpose-built breakout areas serving freshly prepared food and beverage. Whichever function room you choose, with our creative dining, 227 deluxe bedrooms, extensive car parking and fitness club, we promise you a successful and unforgettable event!

The Kings Hall is the last original Victorian ballroom in Leicester, still boasting its period features including two striking marble fireplaces, high ceiling adorned with golden cherubs and classic chandeliers. The room has access to the Lounge Bar directly outside the room.

The Shuttle Suite is one large room that can be broken down into different size rooms, a maximum of four areas. You will be allocated the space required to meet your event needs. All our suites have disabled access, natural daylight and are air-conditioned.

The Soyuz Lounge is home to our Soyuz and Gemini capsules and this area documents their use within the space industry.

Exhibitions, Conferences, Open Days, Workshops, Recruitment Days. Capacities determined per bespoke requirements, available on request.
