Located on the first floor of The Castle, our Boardroom seats up to 16 delegates for day time meetings and presentations. With natural daylight the space provides wonderful views of the acres of parklands and moat to leave you inspired.

This room was historically used by Lady Baillie and her esteemed guests of the silver screen, society’s finest and leading influencers, as they partied the night away at Lavish weekend parties in the 1930’s. Today this space is the perfect setting for dinner for up to 100 guests or a drinks reception for up to 100 guests. The Salon provides breath-taking views of the scenic moat and parklands and includes a grand 16th century French Caen fireplace creating the perfect setting for any reception or dinner.

Battel Hall within the grounds of Leeds Castle offers a secluded and luxurious environment for your company meeting, retreat or team building event. Perfect for self-contained events and stays. 

The option to use one of our accredited caterers will ensure your every need is catered for, with the added benefit of the Leeds Castle estate on your doorstep. 

For larger conferences and meetings held at Leeds Castle itself, Battel Hall provides a perfect breakout space and added premium accommodation in 5 ensuite rooms. The adjacent grade two listed Battel Hall Oast offers a bathroom and two bedrooms should further accommodation be required.

Battel Hall offers a beautiful private garden perfect for summer receptions and celebrations with the option to host up to 30 guests.

The Maiden’s Tower is an elegant 16th-century building adjacent to the castle on the Castle Island. It is a glamorous self-contained venue with two event spaces perfect for day time meetings and conference, lunches, evening celebrations with overnight accommodation. The Maiden’s Tower accommodates up to 26 boardroom, 80 theatre style and 26 u-shape.

In fine weather, the French doors can be opened onto the garden, offering private outdoor space. The Tower can be used throughout the day and is entirely separate from the day visitor route, with good disabled access to all facilities on the ground floor.

Five en-suite bedrooms offer complete luxury for delegates. If you require further accommodation for your guests, the nearby Stable Courtyard offers 15 additional bedrooms.

With sweeping views from its terrace across the moat to the castle, there are few better locations in Kent than The Fairfax Barn for an evening of merriment. The Fairfax Barn is the ideal setting for hosting evening receptions and dinners. The adjoining Terrace Room can be used for drinks receptions and dancing, with doors that lead out onto the terrace where guests can mingle on a summer’s evening as they view the floodlit Castle. 

Whether you are hosting a team celebration, seasonal party or awards ceremony, the Fairfax Barn accommodates up to 180 for a reception and dinner or 250 for a standing reception.

The Fairfax Barn is available in the evenings from 7pm. 

The adjoining Stable Courtyard Bedrooms can be reserved for overnight accommodation, or for those wishing to stay longer, you can book a holiday cottage on the estate.
