The Hythe Suite room is a large bright, airy event suite with plenty of natural daylight overlooking a pretty courtyard. The suite holds up to 180 delegates in a theatre-style and up to 120 delegates for a dinner dance event.

The room also benefits from a partition wall to split into two rooms.

The room is located on the left-hand side of the hotel lobby adjacent to the entrance. It benefits from plenty of natural daylight, looking out onto the pretty patio area.

Double doors open into the restaurant, providing an annexe for private receptions. The Stratford Suite can hold up to a maximum of 50 delegates, making it ideal for small and medium-sized meetings or it can be utilised as a separate breakout area.

The Chatham Suite is ideal for board meetings and smaller events, holding up to 18 delegates in a boardroom style.

The Chatham is conveniently located near to the Hogarth Suite, aiding as a breakout area for this larger meeting space.

The Penshurst is situated in the ground floor, outside of the main Academy, with the benefit of large screen TV, natural day light and air conditioning. It has full disabled access, and is positioned just off the Hotel main lounge. 

The Arundel-Scotney is two rooms which convert into one large room, to offer a light and airy meeting space. Benefitting from natural day light and air conditioning. It is situated on the ground floor, with accessible access. Ideal for both meetings, exhibitions and functions.

The De Havilland Suite is the hotel’s largest and most versatile event space. The ground-floor suite benefits from natural daylight and air conditioning, creating a bright and comfortable environment. Accommodating up to 350 delegates theatre-style or 250 for a banquet, it can be divided into smaller sections for breakout sessions or more intimate gatherings. Additional features include a private bar within the suite and convenient access to cloakroom and restroom facilities.

The Falcon Room is a flexible, air-conditioned meeting space ideal for smaller gatherings, workshops, and board-level discussions. It comfortably accommodates up to 30 delegates theatre-style or around 18 in a boardroom setup, making it well-suited for focused team meetings, training sessions, or breakout groups. The room can also host receptions of around 40 guests and banquets for intimate events. 

Catering for events of up to 200 people in theatre style or 120 in a dinner dance the Invicta Suite can be transformed to any event requirement. Situated on the ground floor with natural daylight.

This space also comes with its own private bar and lounge area

At the very top of this four storey building lies a rather special room. A private room we’ve called The Franklin Room. 

This space is located on the second floor and has its own bar, which you can have staffed for your event. This room can hold up to 32 guests seated or 60 standing. This space has disabled access via a lift.

To hire The Franklin there is no hire cost, we just ask that you meet a minimum spend. This is available upon enquiry.

Flooded with natural daylight, the Commissioner’s House Ballroom is an ideal training room for corporate away days, training sessions and product launches.

Located on the ground floor, it provides easy access for all delegates and gives you the change to enjoy the patio and gardens also.

With views overlooking Commissioner’s House Gardens, and the River Medway, the Sunne Room provides a warm and welcoming space.

This traditional Georgian style room is ideal for board meetings, breakfast meetings, team building and private dining events and gives easy access to additional breakout spaces on the same floor.

The Temeraire Room is located at the rear of Commissioner's House, with views across the vast landscaped gardens. Suitable for small meetings, private dining or use as a bridal suite on your wedding day, the room boasts fantastic natural daylight.

The Revenge Room is located at the front of Commissioner's House and overlooks the River Medway. It offers natural daylight and is the ideal spot for a small meeting, breakout room or private dining space.

The Astor Wing, sympathetically built onto the castle by William Waldorf Astor in 1904, the Astor Wing boasts an impressive Tudor style meeting space, newly refurbished with state of the art audio visual facilities, suitable for up to 60 delegates. Dine in the castle in the evening and stay overnight in one of the 26 luxury, 5 star bedrooms.

The Guthrie Pavilion, located in the award-winning Italian Garden, this versatile, contemporary space accommodates up to 200 delegates. Offering the flexibility of being used for either a conference or a dinner, the Guthrie Pavilion is popular with clients requiring somewhere to meet in a peaceful location with space to spread out and brainstorm.

Lombard is a beautiful and classically designed room that is both large and versatile. It draws its decorative influences from the world famous Hall of Mirrors found in the central gallery of the Palace of Versailles. The many sash windows flood the room with natural daylight, while providing stunning views over the hotel gardens.

Havana is a 1950's Cuban style room which can accommodate up to 40 people. The room floods with natural daylight through it French doors which also open out onto its own veranda and act as a perfect breakout space that is sure to leave a memorable impression on your clients.

Named after one of the world’s most famous wine estates, Mouton Rothschild is our smallest and most intimate room, with seating for up to 12 people. Like Havana, this cosiest of spaces basks in plenty of natural daylight from French doors that open out onto your own exclusive veranda and the lawns beyond.
