The Kingsclere Suite is our second largest function room. Located on the first floor of the Clubhouse, the Kingsclere Suite offers unique panoramic views of the golf courses in a wonderfully relaxed environment.

Located on the top floor of the Clockhouse, The Clockhouse Suite is the largest meeting room within the self contained conference facility. Boasting traditional oak beams, views of the 27 hole golf course and natural daylight, the suite is an excellent choice for an offsite meeting.

With capacity to hold up to 140 delegates, The Garden Suite is perfect for conferences, larger meetings, seminars, Christmas parties, dinner dances & charity events. Adjacent to The Sandford Lounge it also benefits from beautiful views over the course and surrounding countryside and access to our terrace.

Located in the main Clubhouse building, the Boardroom is our smallest meeting room. Its layout suits board meetings of up to 10 people or private dining. Its proximity to the Kingsclere Bar & Restaurant makes it a popular choice for delegates looking to enjoy a restaurant lunch or evening meal following their meeting.

Our largest function Suite, situated on the ground floor, accommodating up to 240 delegates- this room boasts plenty of natural daylight, LED coloured lighting, air conditioning, built in PA system, it's own private break out area and bar and so much more!

Lombard is a glorious meeting and events room that sits up to 48 guests. Flooded with natural daylight through its French doors and looking out across our beautiful walled garden which can be used for drinks during the summer months.

Our pretty walled garden is located at the rear of the hotel and can provide you with a truly idyllic backdrop for drinks receptions and al fresco events during the summer months. This flexible space can be added to the Lombard for a great breakout area too.

For larger events the whole Bistro can be used exclusively to meet and entertain clients or colleagues.

Our vessel is available for conferences, either alongside or out afloat around Southampton and the Solent.

The Ocean Scene can seat up to 140 in theatre style for discussions and lectures, 120 around tables in the lower saloon, and another 70 in the upper saloon.
