This suite in our subdivided ballroom shares many features: full accessibility, private entrance, foyer, bar, cloakroom, toilets, red carpet welcome, main stage, tables, chairs, electronic signage, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, audio-visual equipment, and programmable LED lighting. Ideal for press releases, workshops, presentations.

This suite is the second half of our subdivided ballroom with full accessibility, foyer, bar, mini-staging, tables, chairs, electronic signage, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, audio-visual equipment, and programmable LED lighting. Divides into two spaces, ideal for private parties, workshops, and networking events.

Fully accessible ground floor space features natural daylight, air-conditioning, electronic signage, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, and a tabletop projector or plasma TV screen. Located near the hotel bar, lobby, and toilets, it's ideal for private dining, meetings, VIP areas, and workshops.

The largest of our rooms is Glenlivet which can accommodate up to 50 people. With 2 large bay windows and benefitting from an abundance of natural daylight, it is bursting with many of its original features. If you are looking to accommodate more, Glenlivet and Ardbeg can be combined to seat up to 80 people in total.

Ardbeg is a smaller room that can accommodate up to 24 people. Like the Glenlivet, it benefits from an abundance of natural daylight and has many of its original features. Perfect for a small to medium sized meeting.

The Rosebank is the smallest of our spaces accommodating up to 10 people. There is also an private outdoor terrace which can be accessed through the room.

Perfect for booking if you are looking for a Summer Away Day, with access to your own private garden. 

For a more informal setting, choose the Macallan, with its large comfy chairs and a private bar, it is perfect for hosting pre-arrival drinks or as a breakout area during meetings hosted in the Glenlivet. 

Our Whisky snug provides an inspiring setting and includes the finer touches that make meetings here so unique, from natural daylight to a feature fire place.

The Buchanan Suite is a large and spacious room located in the lower ground level. It boasts mood lighting and air-conditioning. It also benefits from a private buffet area; this room suits larger meetings as well as events.

The Taverne Bar is a perfect place for a casual drinks party, or the best place to continue the party after dinner. The space can also be used for breakout spaces for day events.

The Merchant Suite is our more formal dining space, and is also perfect for day delegate events. With a private heated balcony and bar also, this space is perfect to impress your guests.

This is the largest private room we have, the original architecture is decorated with twinkle lights. There is a lot of flexibility with the room set up. Features 2 bars, on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine.

Features a bespoke wall design of Glasgow from GOMA to The Corinthian. Has a private bar in this room and access to screen. Guests have a lot more flexibility with the set up if this room due to the size.

Wood panelling surrounds the wall with a bar that blends in and features the drop wooden lights well. This room can also be flexible with the set up and can offer a multitude of different events.

Hempel is on the 3rd floor of the building and also features wooden walls but this is in a floral design that wraps around the room, with access to private bar and screen use and beautiful sky lights.

The Private Parkers room is adjacent to the Charlie Parkers piano bar. With high ceilings and high windows that cover one side of the room, the other side is a collection of Peter Lavery's photography decorating the walls.

Bootleg has a lot of dark features to the room but the large window in the room fills it with natural light. With its own private bar and a nice selection of whisky as well as many screens.

The Gallery is our showstopper space: the piece de resistance in event excellence.

Flooded with natural light, The Gallery is neutrally yet richly decorated, with luxurious touches including original wooden panelling, plush velvet curtains, glittering modern chandeliers and a hand-carved, candle-lit Italian marble fireplace. Put it all together, and the result is a room that oozes sophistication and class.

By day, this bright and airy room serves as a conferencing space that is adaptable to suit the event you are holding. AGMs, presentations, product launches, or roadshows…the list goes on, but they can all find a home here.

As the sun goes down, The Gallery transforms, and is the perfect space for elegant cocktail parties, standing networking events, or grand seated banquets. Whether you want to indulge in a multi-course feast or a more relaxed finger food affair, every bite will delight.

Our in-house technology also helps keep your event running smoothly, with fully integrated AV for engaging speeches and customisable lighting that lets you splash your company colours all over the space.

And let’s not forget the superb view, for your event is taking place in one of Glasgow’s most envied locations. Look out to Royal Exchange Square and admire the much-loved Gallery of Modern Art as the day progresses. In the winter months, the much-loved canopy of twinkling lights outside adds a sense of magic and extra sparkle to the air.

The Exchange Bar is designed to be truly multi-functional and can be effortlessly adapted for different uses.

This room is neutrally finished and yet has plenty of distinct features, with antique bronzed mirrors behind the bar, bespoke halo lighting and brass finishes that your attendees can’t help but admire.

In the morning, The Exchange Bar is an ideal space to serve tea, coffee, and delicious breakfast pastries before the conferencing kicks off. As the day progresses, you will find this an ideal break-out space for quieter chats and brainstorming sessions away from the main event.

By night, this is a sensational space for colleagues to catch up over a tipple and delicious canape before being seated for dinner. The bar will be fully stocked with a selection of draught beers and wines, and our talented team will be on hand to craft innovative cocktails and pour a perfect serve.

Rounding off your corporate event in true city style is our most vibrant room: The Print Room & Terrace.

Designed for non-traditional meetings during the day, and post-dinner dancing, casual buffets, and large-scale cocktail parties at night, The Print Room provides an unusual and dynamic hotspot to host corporate events that go against the grain.

This stylish space has everything you need for an electric evening, including a fully stocked private bar, a DJ box where the greatest hits will play all night, and a contrast dancefloor where you can show off your favourite moves until the wee hours.

Previously the home of McCormick Printers, the design of The Print Room never fails to impress. Many of the room’s original features have been retained, including a hand-painted original vaulted ceiling and exposed sandstone brick walls.

Not to mention the finest feature of all: a hidden outdoor terrace, exclusively yours for the night to take a break from the revelry and enjoy a moment of quiet in the heart of the bustling city.

The result is a room with a distinctly urban feel, where every guest can let their hair down and celebrate your company’s occasion.

The Collector's Hall is the perfect backdrop to impress your guests & delegates for dinners, meetings, product launches, networking, special occasions and weddings.

With a dedicated team, we provide a tailored but personable service to ensure every detail is taken care of, making your event as extraordinary as the venue itself.

The Hampden Park Auditorium provides fixed tiered seating for up to 240 delegates. This tailored event space also boasts its own built in audio visual presentation facilities including

The Superbox is an exciting new way meeting and event space at The Home of Scottish Football.

The glass fronted facility offers incredible views as well as a touch of luxury for an intimate private dining experience for up to 40 guests

If you’re looking for a meeting experience with a difference, the Superbox is also available for hire as a Boardroom for up to 18 guests.

We have two large permanent marquees on site that can be used for a variety of events from conferences to family fun days. Each marquee is heated and carpeted throughout and decorated to a high standard, allowing guests to enjoy a unique location in comfort and style.

Our Dukes Suite is situated on the first floor of our main grandstand, with floor to ceiling windows providing excellent views over the race track. The flexibility of this room makes it perfect for conferences or seminars requiring break out areas, or private events looking to entertain guests in a unique setting. This suite can be used as one individual space or can be split into two sections. Car parking is situated directly to the front.

Our Panorama Suite is situated on the first floor of our main grandstand, adjacent to our Dukes Suite. This room is perfect for all types of events. It is a very open space and boasts floor to ceiling windows that overlook the race track. There are toilet facilities within the suite and there is plenty of complimentary parking directly to the front.

Situated on the ground floor of our main Grandstand, our Hill Suite has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment making it the perfect space for a variety of events. The high ceilings make it the ideal space for exhibitions and presentations whilst its modern décor makes it a unique and vibrant space to hold your next private event.
