Our largest lounge, this grand space boasts the double height ‘wave ceiling’ everybody is talking about. The architectural masterpiece is a beautiful backdrop for any event and includes a stunning floor-to-ceiling glass façade.

With spectacular views of the pitch and surrounding countryside, the Focus Group Lounge is our second largest lounge. It is an incredible space with scope to host all types of meetings and events.

The Heineken Lounge in the South stand is a bright and spacious, and a contemporary open-plan lounge with a towering glass facade overlooking the pitch. With a sweeping ceiling, accent lighting and cool architectural attributes, it lends itself effortlessly to a wide variety of event types and set up styles with a combination of tables and chairs, lounge style seating, two bars and a games area.

The Terrace will give fans an unrivalled pre-turnstile and post-match experience on all home matchdays, as well as doubling up as an industry-leading leisure venue on non-matchdays for sports screenings, music gigs and other events.

The eagerly anticipated venue will hold regular events throughout the year for supporters and the local community, as well as being available for private hire. With a closed capacity for up to 1,000 guests and an open (inclusive of outside space) capacity of 3000, this is one of the largest venues in Sussex.

Interconnecting with the Paganini Ballroom ensures this beautifully preserved space is as versatile and it is popular.

Light and airy, this superb room is ideal for workshops and team building and is a trainers favourite due to its quiet location and engaging atmosphere.

A great space for committee/association meetings, workshops, dinners or as a lounge/breakout area to the main function spaces, this lower ground floor room has plenty of space and easy access to the public areas. It is the only function room in the hotel without natural daylight but really should be considered if that is not an issue.

This beautiful room has high ceilings and magnificent crystal chandeliers.  An added advantage is that this bright room has floor to ceiling windows, which look out to the front of the hotel and Putting Green.

Since this was originally the hotel library this room oozes character. Its dark wood panelled walls to 3 sides and bay windows to the other letting in plenty of natural daylight.

This room also holds a wedding ceremony license.

Grandstand Hall is our largest indoor space here at Brighton Racecourse. Located on the ground floor, the suite's main entrance includes a separate reception area and has two additional trackside access points with large folding doors and additional ramps for easy unloading – ideal for events with large set ups.

There is even scope to unload large arctic lorries straight in to the room.

The hall is adaptable to suit a range of events from gala dinners and balls to car launches, exhibitions, fairs, parties and everything in between.

Silks is on the second floor and is one of the Racecourse’s most popular suites due to its panoramic views over Brighton, the South Downs and the coastline. It has a modern bar, plenty of natural daylight and a private rooftop terrace.

A versatile space located on the ground floor with its own private entrance, bar and facilities. Comfortably accommodating up to 100 guests theatre style, this is a popular space for educational programmes and wakes.
