Our Surrey 1 & 2 suites are located on the ground floor of the hotel and are ideal for small meetings or training sessions. For more space, Surrey 2 adjoins Surrey 1 to create additional space for your guests.

Situated off the main foyer of the hotel, the Ambassador Suite has an arched ceiling and central dome features. This is a grand but intimate room perfect for meetings of up to 120 delegates in a cabaret style or 150 delegates theatre style or social events such as weddings, dinners and graduation balls.

The Regency Suite is one of our most versatile suites and can be split into four individual rooms (Balmoral, Buckingham, Edinburgh and Gloucester) or two larger suites, known as The Regency and Dukes.

Once the dining room of Sir Winston Churchill in 1947, this intimate space is located directly off the lobby and is perfect for smaller meetings, organisers office or intimate dining experiences. This room is equipped with a built in LCD screen.

The Osborne suite is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is ideal as a catering area or breakout room when using the Ambassador suite or Regency suite. Its also great for smaller meetings or private dinners.

The Dome, a large and airy domed room with a stunning glass roof and wine glass chandelier centrepiece that floods with natural daylight perfectly suited to accommodating large parties.

Lombard is a more intimate room with French doors, bespoke artwork and an adjoining door to the bistro providing a truly unique space.

The Scottish Malt Whisky Snug is a bright and airy room full of natural daylight. Located on the ground floor of the hotel adjoining the bar with double doors leading out onto the courtyard.

The Ridgeview Room is named after a local English Sparkling Wine based a few miles down the road. The room is bright and airy with plenty of natural daylight and its own private bar.

Our largest lounge, this grand space boasts the double height ‘wave ceiling’ everybody is talking about. The architectural masterpiece is a beautiful backdrop for any event and includes a stunning floor-to-ceiling glass façade.

With spectacular views of the pitch and surrounding countryside, the Focus Group Lounge is our second largest lounge. It is an incredible space with scope to host all types of meetings and events.

The Heineken Lounge in the South stand is a bright and spacious, and a contemporary open-plan lounge with a towering glass facade overlooking the pitch. With a sweeping ceiling, accent lighting and cool architectural attributes, it lends itself effortlessly to a wide variety of event types and set up styles with a combination of tables and chairs, lounge style seating, two bars and a games area.

These two beautiful lounges, each with its own private bar, featuring clean lines and natural daylight. The functional layout provides an ideal area for meetings and presentations.

This lounge is a versatile event space with superb views of the pitch. It features a dividing wall, an additional element that provides the flexibility to create breakout space or smaller meeting rooms.

These intimate spaces have superb views of the pitch, plus a panoramic of the Downs, and provide an excellent setting for a small dinner or board presentation.

Groups of up to 20 people can enjoy meetings, lunches, or a break-out space, and take in a stunning pitch side view.

The Amex Lounge offers an unparalleled viewing experience with its sweeping, panoramic views of the pitch. This exclusive space boasts a contemporary, elegant interior, featuring plush seating, stylish décor, and state-of-the-art amenities designed to provide the ultimate comfort. Perfect for private celebrations.

The Terrace will give fans an unrivalled pre-turnstile and post-match experience on all home matchdays, as well as doubling up as an industry-leading leisure venue on non-matchdays for sports screenings, music gigs and other events.

The eagerly anticipated venue will hold regular events throughout the year for supporters and the local community, as well as being available for private hire. With a closed capacity for up to 1,000 guests and an open (inclusive of outside space) capacity of 3000, this is one of the largest venues in Sussex.

Grade II listed with a stage at one end and mistrals balcony at the other, this versatile room is equally comfortable hosting meetings and conferences as it is weddings and banquets. Situated in a quiet part of the hotel on the first floor with a natural anti-room for refreshments and lunch for larger conferences.

The Regency forms part of the original Grade II listed function spaces and dates back to the late 18th Century. A light and airy space ideal for training and meetings it is a favourite amongst business social guests alike. Interconnecting with the Paganini Ballroom ensures this beautifully preserved space is as versatile and it is popular.

Light and airy, this superb room is ideal for workshops and team building and is a trainers favourite due to its quiet location and engaging atmosphere.

A great space for committee/association meetings, workshops, dinners or as a lounge/breakout area to the main function spaces, this lower ground floor room has plenty of space and easy access to the public areas. It is the only function room in the hotel without natural daylight but really should be considered if that is not an issue.

Perfect for a business meeting or small training session, this first floor room offers the a great space for any length of time and can also be used as a breakout room for the larger spaces on the same floor.

A fabulous ground floor room overlooking the seafront and ideal for meetings and presentations for up to 40 guests. 

This truly unique space was once connected to the smugglers tunnels and now offers a memorable experience for lunch/dinner or a meeting for up to 28 guests.

Our Chartwell Suite is a unique room offering panoramic views of Brighton seafront and overlooking the iconic west pier and Brighton i360. It provides a wonderfully unique and intimate setting, perfect for your meeting or social event.

Originally built in 1819 as a chapel, our Clarence Suite boasts a high vaulted barrel ceiling with three grand central chandeliers. This beautiful space is perfect for both social events and medium sized conferences.
