With capacity for up to 200 delegates, we have a choice of 10 well-equipped meeting rooms of various sizes, most with harbour views.

Our Waterfront Suite is the main auditorium and features a dedicated conference reception, with bar and refreshment facilities.

The use of Wi-Fi, all audio visual (AV) equipment and any technical assistance required is included in our delegate rates.

And with flexible seating configurations, conference rooms can be set up in theatre, u-shape, boardroom or cabaret style. 

This space is located on the third floor and has its own bar, which you can have staffed for your event.
This room can hold up to 22 guests for a sit-down meal or up to 70 for a standing event.
You would also have use of the outside area, there are heaters out here. (Please note that this is a no smoking area).

The Deck is accessible via a lift.

To hire The Deck, there is no hire cost, we just ask that you meet a minimum spend. This is available upon enquiry.

Library Suite is a stylish and private space ideal for up to 22 guests. This elegant room provides an exclusive setting, perfect for bespoke dining and personalised touches such as decorations. Not A Wind Up is perfect for meetings up to 25 delegates on a boardroom set up. With natural daylight and situated at the back of the hotel. making it a nice, quiet space for a conference, meeting or dinner event.

Port is an elegantly finished room that benefits from an abundance of natural daylight and retains many of its original features which all add up to a truly inspired meetings and events space.

Starboard is a slightly smaller room located at the front of the hotel. Starboard benefits from views of the neighbouring church gardens and comes complete with a stunning original fireplace, unique decor and two large sash windows allowing the room to flood with natural daylight.

The Crows Nest is a beautiful meeting and events room supported with your own dedicated events organiser.

Our largest conference room is situated on the lower ground floor with level access, private external entrance from the car park and cloakroom, is climate controlled, has its own bar (if required), toilets & a mobility access toilet (situated in the lobby).

This room has the capacity to accommodate up to 160 people. Ideal for Christmas parties, Wedding receptions & Birthday Parties as well as Conferences and Meetings.

Situated on the ground floor, this is a room with lots of natural light and is a favourite for more intimate parties and meetings.

The smaller of the function rooms, the Britannic benefits from its close proximity to the main hotel’s facilities whilst still remaining private and quiet.

Situated right at the heart of Alum Chine, the Cunarder & Conservatory Restaurant  is smartly decorated, bathed in natural light, and boasts fantastic sea views.

The Cunarder & Conservatory Restaurant is  an ideal venue for group lunches, wine tasting, private events, and functions and is also licensed for civil ceremonies.
