The Yorkshire Suite is located o the ground floor along a security accessed dedicated conference wing. Full height windows give lots of natural daylight and it has integrated AV. Close to coffee points and not far from the restaurant and outdoor space. Ideal for meetings and training courses.

The Staffordshire Suite is located on the ground floor along a security accessed dedicated conference wing. Lots of natural daylight and integrated AV. Close to coffee points and not far from the restaurant and outdoor space. Ideal for meetings and training courses. Direct access to outdoor space at the back of the room.

The Shropshire Suite is located on the first floor along a security accessed dedicated conference wing. Lots of natural daylight and integrated AV. Close to coffee points and not too far from the restaurant and outdoor space. Ideal for meetings and training courses. This room can be combined with the Cumbria Suite to create a larger space.

The Lancashire Suite is located on the first floor along a security accessed dedicated conference wing. Lots of natural daylight and integrated AV. Close to coffee points and not far from the restaurant and outdoor space. Ideal for meetings and training courses.

The Cumbia Suite is located on the first floor along a security accessed dedicated conference wing. Full height windows give lots of natural daylight and it has integrated AV. The Stapeley Suite is located on the ground floor next to the Fairways Restaurant. Direct access into the restaurant and out onto the patio, views over the golf course. Lots of natural daylight and close proximity to coffee points.

The Wychwood Suite is located on the first floor of the Golf Club. Separate car park to the Hotel. Integrated bar and access to a private full length balcony. Floor to ceiling windows the full length of the room.

The Chester Suite is located on the ground floor next to the coffee stations. Lots of natural daylight and integrated AV. Ideal for board meetings and training courses.

The Knutsford Suite is located on the ground floor next to the coffee stations. Lots of natural daylight and integrated AV. Ideal for board meetings and training courses.

All syndicate rooms are located opposite our main meeting rooms meaning they are ideal for breakout work or conference calls. They also lend themselves well to interviews and assessment centres. All have natural daylight and are close to coffee stations and the restaurant.

The Conference Room is located on the ground floor, plenty of natural day light.

The Jacob room is situated on the ground floor and has natural secondary lighting.

Located at the ‘heart’ of our Moulding Foundation Building, this space can host 150 for dinner, be used as a less formal setting for a networking event, or act as the ideal staging area for guests to arrive and have a cuppa or a glass of fizz and some food.

The room can be set with a completely clear floor, or it can be equipped with our pods where people can sit and network in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

This space can host up to a maximum of 220 guests.

Margaret Mason Hall offers a professional, welcoming atmosphere that inspires creativity, ideal for Events, Conferences, and Meetings for up to 220 people. The space can be booked for short or long term use. The Halls location means it can be used in conjunction with the adjacent spaces, allowing space for registration, refreshments and exhibition. Our spaces can be hired out individually or in combination to create large scale impactful event.

Our outdoor facility sits directly between The Margaret Mason Hall and our Heart Space, allowing your guests to move easily between sessions.

A space with artificial grass, this can be the ideal area for people to grab some fresh air between meetings, or a fantastic space to serve refreshments in the warmer months.

The Courtyard can also be set up with a marquee so that we don’t have to rely on the weather!

This space can host up to a maximum of 220 guests.
