In theatre style, this space can accommodate up to 60 delegates. Restrooms are located on the same level, outside of the venue.

There are 3 HD LED screens – one 80” and two 65” – which can display a host of inputs, including HDMI/VGA/Blu-ray/Freeview/Crestron air media. There is also a Cisco HD camera allowing video/audio recording should you require this facility. You will be provided with MP4 format files to do with as you wish.

Our Small Conservatory has a maximum capacity of 16 people and is best suited to smaller events and celebrations. It can also hold up to 8 people banquet style, making it a popular venue for private dining and smaller, more intimate parties.

The Wood Deck's spacious set-up makes it the perfect venue for hosting larger parties, celebrations, or events. It can cater up to 85 guests reception style.

Its themed, seasonal décor also makes it a unique venue to host an event unlike any other in London.

The Leopard Bar Terrace can hold up to 50 people reception style and is a popular venue for weddings, celebrations, and events. It also boasts a fully retractable roof and sides and full air conditioning to offer the perfect venue all year round.

The Garden Terrace is a popular venue for private parties and events all year round. It can host up to 30 people reception style or 20 banquet style, making it the perfect venue for larger celebrations or dining parties.

The Windsor Suite is an aged pine panelled executive boardroom complete with a butler’s pantry, full air-conditioning and an abundance of natural daylight. The Windsor is perfect for executive boardroom meetings and presentations as well as bespoke events such as wedding receptions (licensed) and private dining.

The Great Russell Suite is fully air-conditioned, has a private registration and cloakroom area as well as a private bar. It is located on the lower ground floor and is fully accessible for guests with disabilities.

The Great Russell Suite provides the ideal setting for conferences and seminars, dinner dances, Christmas parties or weddings. It also has access to the outdoor Wood Deck and its seasonal pop ups - the summer Beach Bar or the winter Ski Lodge - and overlooks the intimate Bedford Gardens. It is the largest room in the hotel with a capacity of up to 120 delegates theatre style or 90 guests banqueting style.

The Woburn Suite has natural light and is fully air-conditioned with a small conservatory area on the side. It is located on the lower ground floor and is fully accessible for guests with mobility limitations. With a small conservatory area allowing natural daylight and a cosy seating area, The Woburn Suite serves as an ideal venue for both meetings for up to 28 delegates or formal dinners for up to 30 guests.

The Bloomsbury Suite is most suitable as a medium-sized meeting room or a syndicate room when holding large conferences. With a maximum capacity of 22 people theatre style it is also popular for smaller board meetings and private dining

The Angel Suite lends itself as a space to host a broad range of corporate and social event.  The room has inbuilt AV, free Wi-Fi, natural daylight and blackout blinds. The room can be split into two smaller spaces (Angel 1 and Angel 2).

Angel 2 (one section of The Ange Suite) has inbuilt AV, free Wi-Fi, natural daylight and blackout blinds. The room is adjacent to Angel 1, which can be booked as a breakout room.
