Our Azzuro Ballroom is the perfect venue for a gala dinner, high-profile conference or sumptuous wedding. With ceilings that are 4.25 meters tall, the Azzuro Suites make up our largest venue. It spans over 260 square meters and it can hold up to 100 people in classroom-style, 160 in cabaret, 250 for dinner & dance, 240 in banquet, and 260 in theater-style.

This room can also be divided into 2 separate rooms: the Azzuro 1 and Azzuro 2 Suites. Azzuro Suites 1 and 2 can be used as separate facilities or can be combined to form the Azzuro Ballroom. For large conferences, the function rooms around the Azzuro Ballroom can also be used.

The Largest of our Suites which is located on the group floor of the hotel. The Dunraven has lots of natural daylight, built in projector and screen. The Suite can be opened up to create the Dunraven/ Holder Suite

The Dunraven and Holder combined make up the largest function suite at the Hotel. The suite benefits from lots of natural daylights and air conditioning. The Suite can be split into two conference rooms ideal for conference with workshops.

Located on the ground floor of the hotel the Emma/Enniston Suite is a bright and airy room with lots of Natural Daylight, Built in Projector, Screen flipchart and air conditioning. The Suite can be split into two smaller rooms for Syndicate work. The room also has its own private bar in the room.

The ground floor at Barbara's has it all, large fully stocked bar, staging area, projector screen, direct access to the front terrace plus seating for around 95. This space holds the best atmosphere from small socials, to full floor take overs

The middle floor at Barbara's is the ultimate event space. With seating for 100, a dancefloor area, large fully stocked bar, toilets, DJ box, beautiful décor, with responsibly sourced wood, flowers and apres ski zone this space has it all and is ideal for all types of events, quiz nights, meetings, showcases, product launches, Christmas. You even get access to our lightbooth photo system, where you get the photos sent direct to your phone

Discover the top floor at Barbara's, with its own fully stocked bar, toilets and seating for around 60, this space is ideal for the more intimate event.

Boasting a new makeover at the start of the 19/20 season, the Captain's Lounge adds a touch of class to any event and offers a smart space that can hold up to 120 delegates. Its private bar, modern furnishings and separate catering space, give it all the makings for any event.

Located on level 2, it offers scenic views of the Cardiff skyline. It also boasts air conditioning and complimentary wifi along with accessibility by lift from the main reception.

The Charles Suite is a small and intimate space situated on level 2. This room has direct access to the Chairman's Suite but can be utilised separately if required. With a bar in the room, this space is ideal for small dinners and receptions.

Named after the Cardiff City FC legend, the Fred Keenor Suite pays homage to the historic player, providing the perfect atmosphere for any Welsh football fan and for motivating your guests.

Located on level 2, it has ample natural light, complimentary wifi and air conditioning, perfect for those requiring something simple, yet effective, for their next event. It also makes for the perfect breakout room for conferences utilising the adjacent rooms located on level 2

Kitted out in Heineken branding, the Heineken Lounge is a football lovers dream! The space for up to 70 provides the perfect backdrop for an informal drinks reception or private party and offers guests a memorable view of the pitch.

Located on level 3 and in close reach of the Ricoh Suite and our Executive Boxes, it also makes for a perfect post conference drinks reception or serves as an additional break-out space for conferences.

Located in the Ninian Stand of Cardiff City Stadium, the Ninian Lounge sets the bar high for private parties and conferences. Situated on level 4 with lift facilities from the main reception, the Ninian Lounge has natural daylight throughout with a fantastic view overlooking the pitch. The lounge also has two bar facilities, air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Located on level 3, The Ricoh Suite is the largest space in Cardiff City stadium, holding up to 550 theatre style, 600 for banquets and 750 for receptions.

With a private bar and kitchen, stunning dual aspect views and the ability to divide into two separate spaces, its versatility make it the perfect setting for conferences, exhibitions, banquets and weddings.

The Ricoh Suite 1 is situated on level 3. The room has excellent pitch views plus views over the external façade of the stadium. The Ricoh Suite 1 is the ideal event space for events with the 'wow' factor

Located on level 4 of the stadium, the Premier Lounge is one of our largest spaces, accommodating up to 600 guests for a reception, 450 for theatre setting and 250 for dinners and banquets.

With dual facing windows, it provides excellent views onto both the pitch and across Cardiff.

With the ability to split into two separate rooms, it’s a very versatile space, great for exhibitions conference and banquets.
