Based on the second floor with full natural daylight the Brecon Suite is next to a spacious breakout area and syndicate rooms. All of our meeting rooms have air conditioning and access to complimentary fibre optic WiFi.

The Caerphilly Suite is a popular meeting room close to one of the two breakout areas on the third floor. All of our meeting rooms have air conditioning and access to complimentary fibre optic WiFi.

The Pembroke Suite is a versatile meeting space with full natural daylight based on the third floor.

Our Azzuro Ballroom is the perfect venue for a gala dinner, high-profile conference or sumptuous wedding. With ceilings that are 4.25 meters tall, the Azzuro Suites make up our largest venue. It spans over 260 square meters and it can hold up to 100 people in classroom-style, 160 in cabaret, 250 for dinner & dance, 240 in banquet, and 260 in theater-style.

This room can also be divided into 2 separate rooms: the Azzuro 1 and Azzuro 2 Suites. Azzuro Suites 1 and 2 can be used as separate facilities or can be combined to form the Azzuro Ballroom. For large conferences, the function rooms around the Azzuro Ballroom can also be used.

The Millennium Lounge is our biggest lounge, with a capacity of over 300 guests. Ideal for large conferences and events, the Millennium Lounge has a brilliant view of the west of Cardiff and the River Taff, and is incredibly popular with clients. With built-in AV, this vast space is a great choice for those looking to hold a large-scale event!

A popular choice for conferences and parties, the President's Lounge is the second-largest lounge at the Stadium, with a capacity of around 300 guests. This lounge has recently been updated, with the installation of a partition that guests can use for splitting the room; making the President's Lounge an incredibly versatile space that is perfect for any event.

Situated on our Level 4, The Clubhouse sits directly below Millennium Lounge, and has a capacity of around 100 guests. An incredibly versatile space, the Clubhouse has been used for parties, dinners, training, and even as a breakout space for large events. Its stylish, modern decor makes it a favourite for clients and staff alike, and the riverside view is always a bonus!

The South Stand Lounge is our only pitch-facing lounge and is incredibly sought-after; its breathtaking view of the famous rugby pitch provides a unique backdrop to your event. The smallest of our lounges, the SSL has a capacity of around 50 guests, making it perfect for a breakout space, staff parties and away days; it's certainly a great choice for those looking for a wonderfully memorable experience!

The Chairman’s Lounge is sure to add an intimate and exclusive feel to any event. With modern furnishings and the ability to hold up to 50 guests, the space is perfect for private parties, meetings and small banquets.

Located right on the half-way line, and with direct access to the Chairman’s seats, it will leave your guests with an unforgettable experience.

Located on level 2, it has ample natural light, complimentary wifi and air conditioning, perfect for those requiring something simple, yet effective, for their next event. It also makes for the perfect breakout room for conferences utilising the adjacent rooms located on level 2

Kitted out in Heineken branding, the Heineken Lounge is a football lovers dream! The space for up to 70 provides the perfect backdrop for an informal drinks reception or private party and offers guests a memorable view of the pitch.

Located on level 3 and in close reach of the Ricoh Suite and our Executive Boxes, it also makes for a perfect post conference drinks reception or serves as an additional break-out space for conferences.

Located in the Ninian Stand of Cardiff City Stadium, the Ninian Lounge sets the bar high for private parties and conferences. Situated on level 4 with lift facilities from the main reception, the Ninian Lounge has natural daylight throughout with a fantastic view overlooking the pitch. The lounge also has two bar facilities, air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
