The Briar Barn is a beautifully restored 17th-century barn that once served as the stables to our main house. Today, it offers a unique and atmospheric setting, full of character and charm. Original oak beams, exposed rafters, and a working fireplace create a quintessentially English backdrop—perfect for both formal and informal gatherings.

This versatile venue is ideal for meetings and events of all sizes. The Briar Barn features a private bar—perfect for serving refreshments throughout the day—a concealed dance floor, modern restroom facilities, ground-floor access, and its own private entrance. Guests can also enjoy access to a tranquil courtyard, ideal for breaks or informal networking.

The Oak Room is a stunning Georgian addition to our main house, offering a flexible and elegant space ideal for meetings and private dining. Suitable for groups of 6 to 30 delegates, it provides an intimate yet professional setting for a variety of events.

Rich in character, The Oak Room features original oak paneling, an ornate fireplace, ground-floor access, and elegant bay windows that fill the space with natural light. French doors open onto a semi-private terrace—perfect for breakout sessions, informal networking, or team-building activities—while offering some of the finest views of our beautifully landscaped country gardens.

By day, The Oak Room serves as a refined meeting space; by evening, it transforms seamlessly into an atmospheric venue for private dining, blending timeless charm with modern functionality.

The Drawing Room offers an elegant and inviting setting for small to medium-sized meetings, comfortably accommodating up to 24 delegates. Formerly the dining room of the main house, this bright and characterful space retains many original features, including a decorative cream and white ornate ceiling, a classic stone Victorian fireplace, and generous bay windows that flood the room with natural daylight.

The suite also provides direct access to the adjacent Vault Bar & Lounge, making it ideal for events that require both formal and relaxed spaces. The two areas can be hired together to create a seamless experience for meetings, networking, or social gatherings.

The Garden Room is located within our Victorian Manor House and is a popular choice for small to medium-sized meetings and events. Situated on the ground floor, it reflects the timeless character of the property, featuring elegant Victorian touches such as high ceilings, an original fireplace, and expansive bay windows that flood the space with natural light and offer beautiful views of the surrounding grounds.

With direct access to the gardens, it’s an ideal setting for summer events or breakout sessions in the open air. The Garden Room can also be hired as a syndicate space for larger conferences, perfectly complementing events that require multiple meeting rooms.

The Glebelands Suite is our smallest meeting room; perfect for those events where an intimate atmosphere is desirable. The Glebelands Suite is light and airy and benefits from many original features such as an open stone fireplace, ornate ceiling and tall bay windows that let in heaps of natural daylight. The Glebelands Suite offers direct access onto our grounds and a secluded terrace area. The Glebelands Suite can also be hired as a syndicate room for larger conferences where a number of meeting rooms are required. In the evening The Glebelands can be transformed into a cosy private dining room.

Our state-of-the-art heated marquee is available to hire for festive celebrations from mid-November to mid-January. Designed to host private parties for groups of 50 to 500 guests, it offers a flexible and atmospheric space ideal for Christmas events of all sizes.

The marquee features a dedicated arrival drinks area, a fully equipped bar, on-site toilets, and a robust three-phase power system—ensuring comfort, convenience, and seamless event delivery throughout the winter season.
