The Garden Room is located within our Victorian Manor House and is a popular choice for small to medium-sized meetings and events. Situated on the ground floor, it reflects the timeless character of the property, featuring elegant Victorian touches such as high ceilings, an original fireplace, and expansive bay windows that flood the space with natural light and offer beautiful views of the surrounding grounds.

With direct access to the gardens, it’s an ideal setting for summer events or breakout sessions in the open air. The Garden Room can also be hired as a syndicate space for larger conferences, perfectly complementing events that require multiple meeting rooms.

The Drawing Room offers an elegant and inviting setting for small to medium-sized meetings, comfortably accommodating up to 24 delegates. Formerly the dining room of the main house, this bright and characterful space retains many original features, including a decorative cream and white ornate ceiling, a classic stone Victorian fireplace, and generous bay windows that flood the room with natural daylight.

The suite also provides direct access to the adjacent Vault Bar & Lounge, making it ideal for events that require both formal and relaxed spaces. The two areas can be hired together to create a seamless experience for meetings, networking, or social gatherings.

The Glebelands Suite is our smallest meeting room; perfect for those events where an intimate atmosphere is desirable. The Glebelands Suite is light and airy and benefits from many original features such as an open stone fireplace, ornate ceiling and tall bay windows that let in heaps of natural daylight. The Glebelands Suite offers direct access onto our grounds and a secluded terrace area. The Glebelands Suite can also be hired as a syndicate room for larger conferences where a number of meeting rooms are required. In the evening The Glebelands can be transformed into a cosy private dining room.

The Oak Room is located within the Malt House. Its high ceiling, dark oak panels, enormous fireplace and traditional windows on both sides is great for winter and summer functions.

The Music Room is located in the Malt House with a high ceiling and large fireplace. In this wonderful space is a grand piano close to the big bay window, and a beautiful French door leading out to the private walled gardens.

The Library is located in the Malt House and is a space with dark oak panelling and plenty of character. Its high book shelving and hand painted cocktail cabinet adds to the traditional ambience and appeal. The Library is perfect for small meetings or pre/post dinner drinks.

The Garden Room is located in the Malt House. Its French doors lead out onto the private gardens and its main door leads out to the Drawing Room. Its high ceiling, enormous fireplace and traditional wooden flooring creates a wonderful event every time.

The Drawing Room is located in the Malt House running the full length of the building. It has its own private bar and is fully licensed for civil ceremonies. The French doors lead onto the private walled gardens and there are two further syndicate rooms – Garden Room & Music Room.

The Eden is located on the ground floor is fully air conditioned, with good natural daylight from three large windows and a magnificent fireplace. A completely private setting for your business meeting and private dining events.

The Cellar provides the perfect quiet setting for a boardroom meeting or private dining, accommodating up to 15 people. The Cellar Dining Room is a light-filled room on the ground floor offering a stylish but functional setting.

An elegant, beautifully furnished room with good natural daylight, situated on the ground floor. There is a fireplace and 2 large windows overlooking The Forbury Square. A perfect venue for a prestigious meeting up to 20 delegates, or for holding a stylish drinks reception or private dinner with an interconnecting door through to the lounge for pre-dinner drinks receptions.

Our cinema has 30 beautiful Italian leather seats with ample space to stretch out and enjoy yourself. With full cinematic capability and blackout, this room offers a multitude of possibilities for corporate and private use from business presentations to private film viewings or a new product launch. It provides the very best in sound and projection, creating an experience that transports you into the film.

Meadow Suite is a multi-functional room that can be customised to meet your requirements and is suitable for all types of events. Fully equipped with AV & presenting technology including laptop connections and large screens. It has a versatile room layout with two levels; the upper level seating 100 guests for dining allowing the lower level to be the perfect stage for evening entertainment or for additional dining. A fully equipped and licensed bar is available within the room.

Situated in Park House on the first floor, with a bright & airy feel along with plenty of natural daylight. Sibly has a small reception room which can be used for refreshments & catering. Flexible room set-ups available, maximum capacities of 30 delegates.

The Great Hall has a fixed stage with a magnificent organ and grand piano, ample space for a choir and orchestra, and can seat audiences of 350 to 500. Multiple dressing rooms are available back stage along with toilet facilities for the performers to use during the concert.

Our largest lecture theatre (G10) seating 400 delegates. Multiple classrooms available throughout the Palmer building with capacities ranging from 28 – 91 delegates. The large foyer area can be utilised for catering or exhibition space.

G11 lecture theatre seats 275 delegates, with its unique and modern infrastructure, it also has multiple classrooms available with capacities ranging from 24 – 40 delegates.

72-seat, high-definition screening space with 7.1 surround sound, ideal for premieres, private screenings, and corporate presentations.

This space is located off our main restaurant, on the lower ground floor. We can accommodate up to 30 guests seated or 35 standing.
The Embassy doesn’t have its own bar, but we offer full table service for your party. 

There is no hire cost to use this area, we just ask that you meet a minimum spend. This can be confirmed upon enquiry.

The Floyd Suite is our most spacious meeting room, able to take up to 100 in a theatre style and up to 30 in a boardroom style. It is fully air conditioned and offers the plenty of natural light through the large French windows. Coupled with the advantage of having direct access to its own glass room, a large patio and the Hotel gardens, the Floyd Suite is able to provide the perfect space for your meeting.

Our Windsor Suite is the perfect choice for the smaller meeting, able to accommodate 20 delegates in a Boardroom style and up to 50 in a Theatre style. The room is fully air conditioned and enjoys plenty of natural light. When coupled with the dining options and professional Conferencing staff that Stirrups is able to provide, you can be sure of a successful event!

Modern and stylish the Sandhurst Suite is ideal for smaller meetings for up to 20 u-shape or private dining, offering a more private setting for your important meeting. The Sandhurst Suite also benefits from electronic screen, high speed wi-fi and air-conditioning.

Located on the first floor of Wokefield Place, Sky 5 & 6 offer everything you expect of a modern events space. As a combined space, up to 200 can be seated in theatre-style or 150 in cabaret.
