Located on the ground floor, our refurbished Rubislaw Suite is the hotel’s largest function & conference space. This versatile room can be divided with a solid wall to create the Craigenlow and Kemnay Suites, which each have their own bar and access.? The Craigenlow side of the room also has a large stage and dancefloor within, which are central to the room when both sides are used.

Located on the ground floor, the Craigenlow Suite forms the largest half of the Rubislaw Suite.  A wall of windows lets in beautiful daylight or the curtains can be closed to allow for blackout facilities. A stage and bar are both within the room, making it an excellent space for meetings and private events.

The bright and airy Grandholm Suite is the largest room in our dedicated 2nd floor conference area. A wall of windows allows for great natural lighting and its proximity to our syndicate rooms makes it an excellent plenary room for meetings with breakout area requirements.  After hours, this room is well-adapted to host smaller private functions and dinners.

The Lennox can be hold up to 200 delegates and can be split into smaller section if required.  Ideal for all types of events.

We have 3 small meeting rooms - The Presley, The Angus and The Beatles.  Our small meeting rooms are perfect to host a smaller meeting or training session.  Room hire includes a projector, stationery and filtered bottled water.

Situated on the ground floor, Tactic offers natural daylight, use of ClickShare facility with wall mounted television screen, complimentary Wi-Fi. Tactic also has curtains and blinds to allow the option for daylight or black out privacy. Tactic has a partition wall to allow the room to be split into two smaller meeting rooms (Tactic 1 and Tactic 2)

Bucksburn combines Bucksburn 1 and 2 to create a spacious and flexible event suite, ideal for larger meetings, conferences and special occasions. Located on the ground floor and benefiting from secondary daylight, the room offers both convenience and a comfortable working environment for delegates and guests.

With a variety of layout options available, Bucksburn can accommodate up to 70 delegates in a theatre style, 36 in a boardroom setup, 30 in a U-shape, 35 in cabaret, and 24 in a classroom configuration. The space is equally suited to social events, hosting up to 50 guests for a dinner or up to 80 for a reception or networking event.

The Hudson is a stylish space with its own entrance and private bar, perfect for special celebrations. Meetings and events can also be held in the Hudson with black out blinds, projector screen and high quality sound system installed.

The Sanderson is perfect for wedding breakfasts, ceremonies and receptions with its very own entrance and private bar. The space benefits from lots of natural light as well as air conditioning, sounds system and projector.

Identical in size to the Clayton and with lots of natural light, the Blake is the perfect place to host a corporate function or private dinner. The room also benefits from a Plasma TV and air conditioning throughout.
