Located on the ground floor, our refurbished Rubislaw Suite is the hotel’s largest function & conference space. This versatile room can be divided with a solid wall to create the Craigenlow and Kemnay Suites, which each have their own bar and access.? The Craigenlow side of the room also has a large stage and dancefloor within, which are central to the room when both sides are used.

Located on the ground floor, the Craigenlow Suite forms the largest half of the Rubislaw Suite.  A wall of windows lets in beautiful daylight or the curtains can be closed to allow for blackout facilities. A stage and bar are both within the room, making it an excellent space for meetings and private events.

The ideal suite for exhibitions, meetings and private dinners, the Albyn Suite is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the Rubislaw Suite and main reception.?Recently refurbished in a neutral palette, it has fantastic lighting which can be adjusted for your requirements.

The bright and airy Grandholm Suite is the largest room in our dedicated 2nd floor conference area. A wall of windows allows for great natural lighting and its proximity to our syndicate rooms makes it an excellent plenary room for meetings with breakout area requirements.  After hours, this room is well-adapted to host smaller private functions and dinners.

The smaller version of the Ogston has a light and spacious feel and is an idea room to hold your meeting or seminar. It is also a great setting for private dining and has its own bar in the room.

The Ogston has an airy atmosphere with regency décor and chandelier lighting bringing an elegant feel to the room. The superb views across the river dee makes the Ogston a spectacular room suitable for all types of conferences, corporate events, dinner and dances.

The Lennox can be hold up to 200 delegates and can be split into smaller section if required.  Ideal for all types of events.

The stunning Pitfodels Suite, with floor to ceiling windows and patio doors leading onto the gardens, provides charm and character.

Accommodating up to 200 guests for dining, the Pitfodels Suite has a private bar, stage for your band and a large dance floor. Together with it's own private arrival foyer it is the ultimate room for hosting weddings, banquets, corporate events and large meetings.

The Inchgarth Suite is situated on the corner of the original house, boasting a stunning chandelier and traditional mirrors and paintings. This room is ideal for fine dining for up to 22 guests. The Inchgarth Suite can also be used for small networking events and boardroom style conferences.
