With six unique event spaces, ranging from intimate boardrooms to the grand and ornate Maclaren Suite, we can host gatherings of 5 to 120 guests. Each room can be customized to your exact specifications, including AV equipment, staging, and lighting, with complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel for your convenience.

The Maclaren Suite, our flagship space, provides an unforgettable setting for large-scale events such as gala dinners and university functions. For evening gatherings, the Academy Suite is well-suited, featuring a cloakroom, dance floor, and cash bar to enhance your event experience.
For more intimate occasions, our smaller meeting rooms offer the flexibility to customise the space to perfectly suit your needs, making them ideal for baby showers, life celebrations, and other private gatherings.
All of our meeting spaces come with complimentary AV consisting of 85’’ inch LCD Screens for our smaller rooms and our Maclaren Suite has recently been fitted with state-of-the-art 4K Panasonic Projector and electronic Screen with surround sound and roaming mic for those larger events and conferences.
