Our purpose-built and newly renovated conference center has 19 bright and spacious meeting rooms plus our Essex Suite all on one level. All rooms have natural daylight and our large and medium rooms feature Barco ClickShare audio-visual technology. We understand the success of your event is important to your business, your reputation, and perhaps more and so we listen closely and make sure that the event space and everything else is set up according to your requirements. So all you need to do is step off the plane and in to your event.
Essex Suite
The recently renovated Essex Suite is the largest space in the center and can accommodate up to 600 for a conference and 400 for a gala dinner. The Essex Suite has the latest in audio-visual technology to support your event and can accommodate big stage rigs, props, and cars.
Flexible meeting rooms
Choose from a range of adaptable meeting rooms suitable for small board meetings, training sessions or smaller conferences. Ideal for those times when you need to escape the office, the ringing telephone and the constant interruptions to your train of thought. Each room comes with access to high-speed internet, audio-visual equipment, flip charts, stationary, mineral water and electronic signage for company logos.
