Great Fosters is a Grade One listed building set among 50 acres of stunning gardens and parkland in Egham, Surrey. Immaculately preserved, this stately historic monument boasts an enviable location close to Heathrow, the M25 and M4 and near Windsor, Wentworth, Staines and Virginia Water.

The hotel also provides a unique luxurious retreat for meetings and conferences located minutes from the M3 and M25.

With our wealth of experience in planning events, we offer one of the finest conference venues in Surrey.

The hotel has two restaurants onsite;

• The Estate Grill is a reflection of our commitment to providing locally sourced, more ingredient-led food whilst being surrounded by the best of British art in a contemporary and informal setting.

• Awarded a Michelin star in October 2016 and 4 rosettes by the AA, The Tudor Room at Great Fosters is an intimate and decadent room offering a more sophisticated dining experience.

The Cocktail Bar, Drawing Room and Terraces, which overlook the gardens, serve some of the most delicious light lunches and afternoon tea in Surrey.

The Coach House offers exclusive use of three ground floor bespoke meeting rooms, a welcoming conference lounge with plasma-screen coverage of the latest news and refreshments served throughout the day. In addition, a PC work area enables delegates to access laptops and printer.

The Mowbray & Mandeville

The Mowbray is a light airy room with exposed oak beams on the first floor of the hotel. It is fully equipped with the latest remote control equipment including light pro, 35mm projector and screen. Wi-fi is compliementary.

The adjacent Mandeville Room is used for refreshment breaks.

The Orangery & Conservatory

With its tall arched windows in the style of the eighteenth century, the Orangery offers a wealth of natural daylight and views over the Orangery Avenue and gardens beyond. Its high ceiling and air conditioning ensure it is an ideal space for larger meetings and presentations. An ISDN line, Internet access and full blackout are also available.

The adjoining green oak Conservatory is used for luncheon for up to 30 guests. Tea and coffee is served in the Conservatory or on the Magnolia Lawn if the weather is fine.

For larger meetings we suggest that luncheon is served in the adjacent Tithe Barn.

The Tithe Barn & Painted Hall

Fancy somewhere unusual for your next meeting? Why not hold your meeting in the beautiful 14th century Tithe Barn.

Dating from 1390, The Tithe Barn was painstakingly dismantled from its original site within Surrey and re-built at Great Fosters in the 1930s. It provides an unusual and dramatic setting for a meeting with exposed vaulted English oak beams and a Minstrels' Gallery. Tea and coffee breaks can be held in the adjacent Painted Hall.
