Within the grounds of The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel, you will find the Hampton Suite, a beautiful self-contained building just a stones throw away from the main hotel. The Hampton Suite can accommodate up to 160 guests and can be exclusively booked for all kinds of meetings and business events, such as away days, seminars, product launches and more. The suite also provides a great choice for private dining events for those looking to hold a gala dinner, charity event or awards night, along with all kinds of special occasions including birthday and anniversary party. The Hampton Suite features its own private bar area, foyer and outdoor space, all of which can be utilised as part of an exclusive use event.

There are also a range of small meeting rooms available for 6 guests or more, which are ideal for board meetings or interviews, all of which have plenty of natural day light.

The rooms can be hired on a room hire only basis, or you can opt to book a day delegate or 24 hour rate package.

The hotel is situated within its own landscaped gardens, so there is plenty of space for delegates to stretch their legs and enjoy some fresh air during their refreshment breaks.
